An overnight package was supposed to be delivered by 10:30 a.m., which it was, because our delivery driver is awesome. However, no one was at my place of employment at the time and a signature was required. The tag on the door stated another attempt will be made tomorrow. The delivery driver is always in the area. He must drive by 8-10 times a day. Im not understanding why a second attempt to deliver a rush overnight package cannot be made. I contacted the online chat for advice. Raul was about as helpful as an ice cream scooper in 3 feet of snow. He told me what the tag on the door already indicated: a second attempt tomorrow or I can pick up my package tomorrow after 2:00 p.m. My company needs this package TODAY. I asked the info master, Raul, for the number for this particular UPS location. Each response from him takes about 4-5 minutes...I get impatient and Google the phone number. Raul then responds, "Im sorry I cant do that." I told him that was fine, Google could and was a heck of a lot faster. NOW...I have the phone number so it shouldnt be hard to get this task accomplished, right? Wrong. So very wrong. No one picks up the phone. ever. No answer. No answering machine/ voicemail. Nothing. Now Im going to have to drive over there to have another scholar tell me things I already know and not resolve the issue.This is terrible customer service. Im disappointed. You break my heart, UPS.

I had a package coming to me requiring signature. I was away when they delivered, and didnt want to miss it again so I called to have it held until I came back from vacation. I was told on the phone and reconfirmed multiple times that I could have it redelivered within 5 business days. Problem is, when I did come back and call for delivery, they said Im limited to only 1 delivery change, which I used when I requested it to be held. I now have to pick it up from their facility - and the "nearest" (only) facility is 22 miles away! I was then told to go online and sign up for UPS My Choice, where I would be able to schedule the redelivery. Why could I do it online and they couldnt arrange it on the phone? Something doesnt sound right, so I ask if theres a fee for setting up the redelivery online. The rep put me on hold and came back to say no, theres no fee. Of course, when I complete the sign up process and click "change delivery", the website says it cant be done. Theyd make you pay a $40 upgraded membership fee to get anything done. Completely inconvenient, unacceptable, and incompetent! And erroneous information was given both times I called. Will be avoiding UPS from now on.

Id leave zero stars if possible. My wife and I ordered a crib from Amazon. UPS said it was too big to deliver so they left it at the service center. Keep in mind an attempt was never made. We called UPS to locate the crib and it takes them 4 days to locate it. After they do locate they still refused to deliver it due to the size of the crib. I then called Amazon to help and scheduled a redeliver. At this point Amazon confirmed that I would receive my crib the following day from UPS with a redelivery. That same afternoon UPS decides to return the item to Amazon, and claimed that we decided to put a hold on all future items and denied delivery. Serious UPS? Avoid this location at all cost and stick with FEDEX. UPDATE 6-14-17 So I called UPS yesterday to inquire about my returned package... and 15 minutes into the conversation UPS tells me that my item is still in the warehouse, which means they sent the wrong item back to Amazon. UPS later continues to give me excuse after excuse and accusing poorly trained UPS workers for the mix up. This place is horrible and the workers are unreliable. SOLUTION Amazon has issued a newer and better crib and will be shipping it via FEDEX.

I wish I could give it a 0. So, I specifically left instructions via their site to leave both my packages in the management office, of course, they were delivered Friday and they didnt leave them for whatever reason. I called the help line and explained to him that I needed these packages on Friday. He offered very little help, just said we can have someone call you with a pickup time.She called and said well, you can come pick it up at 7:15. Why, when they leave the facility at 5AM can I not pick up my package until 7:15PM? Makes no sense! My only form of transportation had to work that night so, no packages for me. I told her to just have them redelivered on Monday as they were planning to then, although I was not happy about it. Then, received an email yesterday stating that one package would be delivered Monday and the other is still marked for pickup. WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE?! Obviously, I cant get ahold of anyone UPS related over the weekend so, now am unable to receive my second package until probably Tuesday unless I feel like driving to your terrible facility tomorrow. Which I dont. Thanks so much UPS. Absolutely unacceptable.

My Mother-in-law shipped our Christmas presents on the 17th and paid extra to guarantee they arrived before Christmas. When we checked our tracking numbers they said both packages would arrive Tuesday the 27th!!! And to make matters Worse both packages arrived at the Maple Grove, MN UPS Center on Friday night.... So I called Saturday morning to ensure we could pick up the packages instead of waiting and after providing both tracking numbers we were told We could pick up the packages, only to drive 30 mins out to the Facility to be told we couldnt pick them up and there was nothing they could do! I dont mind the boxes not getting here on time.. we can wait... but being told one thing by Corporate and another by the local office is VERY Frustrating!!!!!! My Mother-in-law is not getting any money back and they have done NOTHING to make this situation better! Packages that were sent 2 days later from the Postal Service arrived on the 22nd! Needles to say We will not be doing any further business with UPS!

I had four packages that were to be delivered Wednesday, they werent due to the weather. All four packages were put back on the truck to be delivered by the end of the day Thursday. 9pm Thursday, UPS website was updated to show they were left at the facility and will go out to be delivered by end of day Friday. At 2am the website tracked the packages as being put on the truck to go out for delivery by the end of day Friday. 3:15 Friday, the packages were left at the facility. I called the customer service line and they said nothing they can do, theyll try to get to it Monday. I said unacceptable as I needed the items for a presentation Monday, I asked if they could deliver the package Saturday, he said its not an option. I asked what options there were, he said the truck driver will try to get to it on Monday... I live 2 miles from the UPS facility... all the trucks need to pass my house to get to where theyre going. Impossible.

This location sucks. First it was "Emergency conditions beyond UPS control. " and then its "THE PACKAGE WAS MISSED AT THE UPS FACILITY, UPS WILL DELIVER ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY". Theres not weather on Thursday! It was Wed. that it had snow. These people are cheap and idiots. I have three shipments. One from Amazon and two from Best Buy. The best buy was suppose to arrive on 12/6/2013, one of the amazon was to arrive on 12/6/2013 and the last best buy is to arrive on 12/9/2013. Im thinking that they are very cheap. So they hold on to all my packages and will do a one time delivery on Monday 12/9/2013 when all three packages are there. I mean how in the world can there be an "emergency condition" on a day that the state didnt declare an emergency and then the following day youre going to say it was missed. Dont Ship UPS if you have the control. Or at least dont have the Maple Grove one handle it.
