Ive been to the Anoka PO a handful of times over the past 10-15yrs. I dread going. Its far worse than the dentist. I gave myself a pep talk before going today. I told myself I wasnt likely to have any problems and that if I smiled maybe the ladies wouldnt make me feel like a criminal. It was as bad as I feared and my kids could tell I was upset as we walked out, package still in hand. Why are you sad? asked my 7yr old. Good question! Why should anyone have to leave the PO upset? From now on Im mailing every package over 13oz at the friendly UPS store- I dont care if I have to pay more. Perhaps if USPS wasnt gov. subsidized, theyd have to provide halfway descent customer service.

There are some nicer people of ciourse that work here but most seem to be very unhappy. But that old woman with long white hair is something else. I didnt care even to find out what her name was. She is just in a rush to get home to her wine. She has no idea about customer service. She is sick and tired of her job and this is sad to see a job position go to waste when there are many other nice qualified people that could do that job much better. Fortunately there are more post office branches opening, like inside Coborns so you you dont have to go to Anoka location and see this woman and spoil your day.

You know its sad when you have to write 2 bad reviews for a business. I travel a lot for work and getting packages delivered is an absolute nightmare. I cant even tell you how awful the post office is. Twice now in the last 2 weeks, they have lost my packages. I send my packages to my moms house and have attempted to put her name on it. Both times they have said that her address is undeliverable. What a joke...Im pretty they get mail every day just fine. Then to top it all off, the post office try to make me pay additional shipping for their mistake. I honestly couldnt hate these lazy people more.

I have never changed my address in years and for the last 6 months my mail has not been delivered and sent back. I got my license renewed in January and still have not got it. My medical and insurance cards have been sent back. I have talked to them twice and nothing has changed. I will do everything legally to get my mail. The stress this has done is unbelievable. Financially its f*in me over. They will be hearing from again and this time will be the last!

I have never had a problem at Anoka Post Office. The gals are actually more friendly and helpful than the guys. The guys are good too. They have helped me save money where ever I could. Helped me with shipping things internationally. The only thing I dont like is there long lines. Im sad to see that the other gals on here think the women working are rude. I have never had that experience. Are you by any chance being rude first?

I have always had great service here. The staff have been very friendly and helpful. When our area was having a lot of problems with our mail being delivered on time and to the correct houses, they looked in to it and things improved. This post office and its staff are much more friendlier and helpful than a couple of the others local post offices I have been to. Keep up the good work.

One damn star! This is the third time these ladies act like total bitches, two times to me and one time to my mom, I usually dont insult anyone but these ladies really need to be fired, I wont go back ! Either my mom.... seriously whats the need to be rude! Smh

All I needed was some tape for my printed shipping label and since there was none in the entry way I had to wait in line and when I got to the clerk god forbid he smile and I apparently totally inconvenienced him with needing tape.

I run a business where I primarily mail things (postage already paid for and ready to go) and they are by far the rudest post office employees Ive ever dealt with. Definitely need a customer service refresher!
