Zero stars. Twice this month I arrived late night or early morning at the Humphrey Terminal (Terminal 2) in Minneapolis, expecting to take a cab. The first time, it was after midnight and I was exhausted, so I didnt want to walk the long distance to the light rail. I was prepared to provide a hefty tip for my short cab ride. However, the three cab drivers available were chatting together and completely ignored me as I waited in the space designated to catch a cab. I finally walked up to them and asked for a ride. They asked where I was going, and when I indicated terminal 1, they told me to wait in the shuttle bus line instead. I walked over to where they pointed and realized it was an area for a shuttle designated for handicapped passengers. I found it quite obnoxious that they thought it would be acceptable for me to use a service not intended for the general public. Their lack of interest in providing service left me extremely frustrated. This morning, I arrived at MSP Terminal 2 at 5 am, and I needed a longer cab ride across town. I waited in the cab line behind another family. As we stood there, one driver entered his car across the drive, and we assumed he would drive over to the pick- up line. But no, he sat there without moving. Another taxi driver similarly sat in a spot just outside the cab line without moving. For a full 5 minutes, neither of the drivers acknowledged that two families were standing in the cab line. I finally gave up and ordered an Uber car. The other family was still standing in the taxi line when I walked over to the app-based service waiting area, a full 10 minutes after we had arrived in the cab line. My Uber driver was extraordinarily polite and helpful, loaded my luggage into the car, and thanked me for the business. That is the last time I use a cab. From now on, I am a dedicated Uber customer and will tip the drivers well when I receive good service.

0 stars..... we arrived at the airport went to ground transport and were directed to a cab number. The cab driver immediately brgan to complain that our bags were too big...he proceeds to load the car, we give him our destination and as we are driving out of the garage he complains that we are too snall of a fare - our destination was too close to the airport and he is missing out on a bigger fare - this continued most of the ride. The driver had to pull over twice as something below the car was dragging - he did not stop the meter. Then because of ice he was not able to get the car to our location - we had to walk the remainder of the way , get our car and come to his car to pick up our luggage. Rude customer service and not a cheap ride but comparable to other options. No discount and we tipped anyway but will not use this service again.

ZERO STARS Care Cab was set up by the VA hospital to transport my 97 year old mother from the hospital to a care center. The van arrived a full hour late with the excuse that traffic was bad. I would expect professionals to take into account traffic at 4 PM. The driver didnt have a clear idea of a direct route to get from one location to the other. When my mother was dropped off, the driver took her to the correct building but the wrong door. There are two distinct addresses. I waited at the door with the correct address. Both my mother and I were distraught. I thought my mother and driver were lost - my mother thought she was at the wrong location because I wasnt there. It was an awful experience.

On Feb. 10, 2014, I called to set up a pick up time of 3:30 AM for Tues Feb 11. Guaranteed, I was told. To be safe, on Feb. 11 I phoned them at 3:00 AM to advise them they could come at anytime. It got to be 3:35, no taxi. I needed to be at MSP Airport by 4:00 AM.. I phoned and was told that the driver thought it was 4:30, and that they could be there in 15 min to pick me up. Fool me once, I thought. So I drove to the airport and am paying the $22 per day for parking for 2 weeks. They might be the only choice for leaving the airport, but there are better options for getting there.

Bad experience: 1. The company sent me a driver 15 minutes later than my appointment time 2. The driver has an expired service license 3. I already told customer service that I would pay credit card, but the driver had something wrong with the machine to swipe my card and cannot print the receipt. It took the driver 20 minutes to charge me by my credit card finally without offering a receipt. 4. I called the customer service to get a receipt, but the service was very inpatient, she almost yelled at me.

The Uber or Lyft app on your phone will get you to the airport on time and youll pay less money. Dont trust this company. I scheduled a pickup two hours in advance. Three hours later, still no airport taxi--even after promises on the phone that a driver had nearly arrived. Airport Taxi MN never showed up. I would have missed my overseas flight if my cousin hadnt rescued me at the last minute. How did the company respond? They stopped answering my phone calls.

If I could give no stars I would, I set up a taxi at 9:00 am for a 11:00am pick-up on line because I have a very important doctors appt. but it is now 11:30 and still no taxi and they dont know when they will have one for me. this is very poor service and very unprofessional. You would think with a 2 hour notice they could have a taxi here.This is worries Taxi in Minneapolis i will Not call Again,,,,,Airport taxi......Yellow Cab and Town Taxi

Reserved pick up was supposed to be 8:30PM for a 96 yr old in a wheelchair. At 10:15PM no one was there. This is unconscionable as passenger had to wait in a garage (house was not handicap accessible). We kept calling & they were very rude. The excuse was "Friday nights are unpredictable."

I get these taxis through my disability insurance to my appointments and the gym and mostly all the drivers are pretty tyt. We have cool conversations and joke around.
