I dont like being lied to. Yesterday I received notification from FedEx regarding my FedEx ground shipped product. On the web-site, in a bright red banner across the top, it stated "Customer Not Available or Business Closed." I contacted FedEx to question what that comment meant and to find out exactly WHEN my product would be delivered. I also asked WHY on earth they would attempt to deliver a package to an OFFICE at 6:30 in the morning. We have a FedEx account and have NEVER been open at that time. The woman I spoke to (Bethany) contacted someone else and that individual told HER that the comment on the website was just a coding for them, that the package actually HAD NOT even been put on the truck yesterday! So I again, asked WHY? and was told that the Supplier requested they HOLD THE DELIVERY until Friday, the 18th. They then wanted to know our hours, which I provided to them. I let FedEx know that I would be contacting the Supplier regarding the delayed delivery. Well...I did. And guess what? They made NO SUCH REQUEST!! As a matter of fact, I dont believe its even an OPTION for such a small package. So, now Ive been lied to TWICE, in one day. The "Customer not Available" comment on the web-site and again with FedEx trying to BLAME THE SUPPLIER!! Thats just tacky and inexcusable! I am EXTREMELY disappointed FedEx. Thats pathetic customer service.

FedEx said that they had delivered a package to me in the AM, but by the next morning I had still not received it. I emailed a complaint and by the time I called to confirm that afternoon FedEx had already retrieved it from the incorrect address where it had been mistakenly dropped off and delivered it to my house. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and helpful and the issue was corrected within 24 hours. I was very impressed with the urgency and courtesy with which my case was handled

Silver bell rd eagan route. Driver dont even bother to stop at my address when i get large packages, lazy ass driver. Today i supossed to get 4 tires and driver never showed up, i was waiting and looking for the fedex truck all day at my residence. At 4:48pm tracking number updated to customer not available, wtf? I.was here all the time, driver did not leave an info notice tag. Fedex needs more efficient drivers.

Fantastic experience! We missed the drivers first delivery attempt and then called customer service. They said theyll contact the store and ask the driver to come back. No longer than an hour later, Ryan K. called me and he came back to drop our package off! Everyone involved was really friendly and they helped their customer out. Great work!

Your employees need to read the full address ( numbers and letters) instead of just dropping the package off randomly. The address is listed on the outside of each town home by the garage light. House number followed by the Letter for the Sumac Circle, Carver Minnesota residents. 2nd time this is happened.

Great company to work for. Manager are very respectful. They make sure that youre doing great, have enough water, and ask if you even need a few minutes. They do their best getting to know you. Work environment is very fast paced and there is always a challenge. One of my favorite employers by far!

Well the package came at 11:55 we were not home so we call the place and say hey is there a way on getting my package to come again to say they said the driver is not picking up the phone hate the service almost worse then ups

Did not leave package after I called and asked and left signed note on my door of my house. I called and asked them to drop off at local FedEx and the they said that would take another 24 hours. Awful service!
