I took the entire day off to wait for a very large package to be delivered. Around 4:30pm, I checked my tracking number again to see if there had been any change. My package was listed as Delivery Exception and would no longer be delivered. Ive been here ALL day. There hasnt been one single knock or door bell chime. I called customer service who connected me to the Rogers location and the man I spoke to said that the drive left a delivery tag on my door. There wasnt any type of delivery attempt notice and I explained that to him. His next excuse was that one of my neighbors mustve taken it. By far the most ridiculous accusation. Now my neighbors are "delivery door tag" thieves. He refused to contact the driver or have him make another attempt to delivering er it. He said that I could pick up my package in Rogers, MN this evening. The package is 63"x29"x4" and will not fit in my vehicle. Now I have to stay home all day tomorrow and wait for another delivery attempt. Ill make sure to sit outside so that I can nab the tag thief. Worst customer service and worst postal facility ever! I will never use Fed Ex again!!! Update: The package was delivered the following day around 11 am. I received an email alert on my phone from the company that I had purchased the item from. I was confused so I looked outside my front door and the package was sitting there. No knock, no door bell. Why the heck didnt they leave the package the day before if they had attempted to deliver it? Obviously they hadnt even come by the day before. Its been 5 days since this happened and Im still really upset about it. I refuse to use Fed Ex ever again. I wont purchase anything from anyone that uses Fed Ex. I am THAT disgusted.

My shipment arrived in St Paul, where Im located. Was supposed to arrive yesterday, somehow made it on a truck in Rogers, didnt ship and now Im told it isnt shipping today either. Its just sitting out on a shelf in freaking Rogers. Are you kidding me? Update: I decided to do their job for them. Spent hours (not over exaggerating) in traffic to get all the way up to Rogers. There is a room for guests to pick up packages, only nobody actually attends to it. There is just a phone. So you hit a random button on the phone to try and call them for your package. However, you have to call the right amount of times before Morpheus actually picks up. You give him your tracking ID, then sit for however long it takes him to find your package in what I imagine to be just a completely unorganized sinkhole of cardboard boxes. When Neo finally arrived with my package, he asked for my ID and had me sign for the package. On the package was a note to hold my package until Monday. For no reason. I never told any of these didnt finish high school idiots to hold my package EVER. When Trinity from customer service finally got a hold of me, she told me my package couldnt be delivered because they couldnt find my address. I told her, "have you tried using Google Maps?"... because Google Maps works FINE. Maybe they could have found my address if the package wasnt in freaking ROGERS!!

My husband and I worked from home today because we knew there will be a Fedex delivery that requires signature. At 1pm I checked the status of the package, but was surprised to see the status as driver had attempted to deliver, but no one was at the house for delivery at 8:30am, actually we were both in the living room right next to our front entrance working at 8:30am in the morning already. Also want to note there were no door tag left at the door. I called customer service and they got me in touch with the Roger office and they told me either I can pick the package up at theoffice or wait till next day redeliver, since it is Memorial day long weekend, I was not about to wait another full day in the house on Saturday. So the local agent escalated to the manager Tony and he was helpful and nice enough to have another driver to pick up the package in the Roger office and redeliver for me on the same day. I understand they dont generally do this for their customer, but I am happy he corrected the issue. The stars are given because the manager and the 2nd driver worked hard to resolve the issue otherwise I would have given ZERO star to the 1st driver whom claimed he came by the house to deliver!!!

I would avoid at all cost. I was home during the "supposed" time of delivery and I was never contacted via apartment intercom during the delivery today at Oct 12 at 11:31 AM. I never signed anything to accept the package. I also checked my leasing office to see if mail was dropped off there, and we found nothing. Called customer service and they kept trying to say my leasing office had my package or someone from apartment took my package. I kept probing them for more information and then after a "manager talk" they claimed that the driver scanned my package as delivered but forgot to deliver it when they were at my apartment. Im sorry but how many other people have they done this too. This is ridiculous. I have contacted additional people to get this issue resolved and will provide an update, if there will even be one.

Spent all day waiting for my package that FedEx texted me numerous time would arrive between 9a-11a on 7/13. Never showed, called customer service and said package was in St. Paul and would be delivered on 7/14 between 9a-11a. Now the package is in Rogers, MN and wont be delivered until 7/15, which requires them to drive it past and further beyond my place. Wouldnt be an issue except it seems that everything Fed Ex shops requires a signature and the drivers play ding dong Dash at my place. Drivers never ring the doorbell; I can be sitting at home and still miss a delivery because they never wait either. Most ridiculous shipping company Ive ever dealt with.

I have been trying to get a package that they attempted to deliver for 4 days and now I have customer service hanging up on me. FexEx is Crap! And the hits just keep on coming, now they are taking the package from the location they told me they were holding it at so I could just go pick it up, and delivering it to another location to hold it so I can pick it up there. FedEx has truly become a joke of a company. Even their "Customer Advocates" are just a joke!!! I recommend you encourage all the companies you deal with for shipping to use UPS or another shipping company! Shipping companies are the new Telecom.

Had a package that was supposed to be here on 3/22 yet did not show. I called 4 days in a row and the package had not moved for a whole week. They said it was due to an issue with the address yet I had called 4 times to verify the address each time I was told it would be out the next day and after the fourth day of calling they continued to not do a thing with the package. The reason was "unknown" according the the customer support gentleman who had called the facility as to why my package was unable to reach me and eventually they returned it to the sender. Do not use this FedEx if you can help it
