ran over to drop off a package that was sent to me by accident. The lady behind the counter was going to charge me almost 2 dollars to tape the box shut. Simply asked "2 bucks for some tape?" and she said "if you want it to go anywhere". I said I was not going to pay 2 bucks for her to tape a box shut and then. She then threw my lables back into the box saying "fine, whatever". How RUDE! wont go back to this location. No wonder you have such bad reviews, your staff needs a serious attitude adjustment.

Says store is open until 6:30, got there at 6:20, store was closed and lights were off. As a business that depends on this drop off location for Next Day Air shipments, this was very disappointing. Had to drive across town to a different location and it made me late to a dinner meeting.

I experienced same I usually go to Johnston location where people behind the counter doesnt mind giving the tape but the lady on this location was asking for $2 for the tape to close my box. I will never use this location. Bad experience. Never use this location.

This location can be hit and miss. Sometimes service is fast and friendly, and others its painfully slow and rude. Yay! Crap shoot!
