WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! My time is limited and I rarely complain or write any bad reviews but this tipped the scales for me... Fed Ex ground had no listing of my office address, on a daily basis I have the UPS, DHL, USPS and Fed Ex freight guys show up daily for routine deliveries. I dont have a odd address nor is there any road construction or any gates to access. I attempted on (3) occasions to confirm my address w/ Fed Ex Ground and have it resent but still no luck on having my package delivered. After my 3rd phone call I realized if I want my package I had to drive 35mins and pick it up myself at the hub. Fed Ex ground explained this was a driver error and that he could not locate my office building... smh maybe the Fed Ex driver should do a ride along w/ either the UPS guy or the mailman! lol

Poor customer service. Was told our packages would be delivered Saturday morning. After waiting all morning, we called and they said the driver attempted to deliver at 8:50am but couldnt because the business was closed (we were there at 7:30am since they couldnt give us an estimated time of delivery), then told we could pick up our packages at the facility before 5 because they werent on the truck. So, not only did they not deliver, they lied about the driver trying to deliver. We care about the customer service we provide so we picked up the packages so we could ensure our customer got their product when promised. Disappointed that they didnt even apologize ir try to rectify the situation.

While being at home waiting for a package, the FedEx employee did not even bother to enter the building for delivery and sent me an e-mail stating that the delivery failed and that he/she left a door tag. There is no door tag left for me. I called the FedEx office (515 -557-2700). I was given an 800 number which is totally useless: no costumer service at all, you will lose your time with a robot. While the FedEx office could resolve the problem, they will ask you to waste your time with their 800 number. However, this is the second time when a FedEx employee did not attempt to make the delivery and just sent a failed delivery e-mail message. Not a good business.

Was excited since it said my package was in transit and on vehicle for delivery.... called and was told its not delivering until Monday... the estimated delivery date is for Monday, I understand that part... But if the tracking system online specifically states its on vehicle for delivery since 5am, you would expect it to be here. Giving 3 stars because the customer service rep was super nice and its mostly just the tracking system that is misleading.

Driver delivered my large & heavy package 3 blocks up from my home. After contacting them, in the afternoon, about the mistake, they stated a driver couldnt correct it until the next day. I paid extra for the package to be delivered now because I could only get help moving it today. Also, the "neighbor" is not happy to have this package in his driveway.

Delivery driver threw both of my packages. The first one he simple threw down on my porch while ringing the doorbell, the second one he threw from the sidewalk to my porch. All. On. Camera. Smile, theyre everywhere. As far as Im concerned, he should lose his job. I dont say that lightly. Hes in the wrong business probably making more than hes worth.

Worst delivery service in the US, complete idiot decided to ignore the arrangement here at the apartment by leaving an expensive package outside the front door instead of taking it to the office which wouldve taken 1/2 minute. My package was either stolen or the driver took it for himself, who knows. Sadly Ive not heard a word from FedEx,

I would never ship anything Fed Ex. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Two christmas packages ordered on Nov 27 and Nov 30 were delivered to the Grimes Iowa location and then shipped back to Kansas City after sitting in that facility for a week. What type of service is that??? SO now I have three Christmas gifts that wont be here by Christmas.

Well they claimed to have attempted 3 times but I only have one door sticker. The website tracking didnt match what the phone operator told me. They didnt attempt my apartment complexs office either. The only redeeming quality is the gal at the pick up place was super nice. Wont be using them again though if I can help it.

Absolutely horrible service, not to mention if you call the number it takes you in circles before you can speak to a human. They refuse to deliver a package to an apartment unless someone is there. Impossible to work with and do not have the option to pick up your own package. Completely worthless!

Had a futon to be delivered yesterday, well they decided to leave it at a house 3 blocks away. My address is 279 they left it at 515....and we had to carry a hundred pound box 3 blocks. Think FedEx needs to teach drivers to read.
