They cancelled a shipment without even notifying us. Then said "there is nothing they can do," that seems a little ridiculous since the shipment was cancelled by them not us. You should have figured out a way to get that to us today.

This plece needs to shot down seriously! Everyone in there do drugs and stuff .even the supervisors. Plus most of their employees are teenagers they just horse around with the forklifts damaging most of the freight.
