I really wish I knew where to submit an official online review about this paticuar place. I am sure that other employees at that location arent as unprofessional and unaccomadting as the employee I dealt with was. First off my fiance had a replacement sent to "us" at our home. I left a note on our door for them to take to our Apt. Office..which was not done! Second day I went to pick up the package and it was an issue because my name is the same as his last name "hence we arent married yet." and my Driver license isnt updated with that address. Now I could confirm; our verizon wireless acct, address, name, any info they needed but still COULDNT get package! Somewhat understandable. Until she asked me for papers with my name on it..So I got my cable bill with my address, our phone bill and still it just didnt do the job. SOOO day 3..I called and my fiance was able to pick it up personally we get there at 9:00AM and the same lady put the package back on the truck even with it having a pick up sticker on the package!!! This fedex is unreliable!

Driver gave up when he went the wrong way on my road. What kind of crap is that? It takes two seconds to reroute a gps. Now i have to wait till monday to get the package i had to have today. I had better not be charged the overnight rate i paid, they have screwed me so so so bad. The driver is very bad at his job, or just doesnt care. Never use fed ex again if they dont refund me....

I am so sick and tired of faceless large corporations. Its laughable that in the age of communication it is near impossible to talk to a human, instead we have to battle with emotionless robots. What happened to talking to a person to resolve issues. Rediculous.
