I purchase a lot of products online through my business and personal life. Unfortunately I have to ship with FedEx through multiple dealers that I work with. This results in about 3 FedEx deliveries a month. I have to call FedEx every month because of issues with deliveries. When submitting complaints through customer service it is rare that they follow up with me. On the 1 time that a supervisor actually called back like they said he told me that it was my fault that they didnt deliver my package. This was even though all three times they attempted to deliver to the wrong location (and were told by that location that it was incorrect each time). Picking up at this terminal is just as much a nightmare. Ive had to drive out to it 3 times, and each time I had to deal with awful service and a wait time that would make the DMV blush.

DO NOT EVER ATTEMPT TO PICK UP A PACKAGE HERE! Even if you are told by the main customer service number that they will pull your package and have it waiting for you. I showed up to pick my package up first thing this morning, & was told by a security guard that they were closed, I called the main customer service number, and spoke to three different representatives, & only to be told three different answers, & received absolutely zero sympathy, even from the "supervisor." The only positive was dealing with the employee April, who was the only one to care, & to take the time to help. Other than her, this experience was a complete disaster and I will avoid at all costs!!!!

They did not deliver my package. Im sure they lied about trying to deliver the package because I was home all day waiting for the package and they didnt leave a sticky note with instructions. I had to find out that they were not going to deliver it on Thursday but instead Monday by checking the tracking online. I called customer service and their solution was to go pick it up myself and complain to the manager. Seriously disappointed!

My package was suppose to be delivered on a Friday there web sight said recepiant not found I called they said it would be delivered Saturday a Fed ex truck driver past my house at 12.20 they did not even stop called they said I will call the driver and call you back. Waited for 2 hours called them back said well we deliver till 6 you will get it today. Still no package so I still have a broke down truck. So pissed off. Right now

I waited at home all day for a package. I received a notification on the online tracker that I wasnt home when the driver came. I WAS home, though, and no driver ever came. No notice was left on the door, nobody knocked, nothing. I checked and they had the right address. I waited at home all day and NOW I have to wait 3 more days just to get my package. The driver is lying or something happened. Im unhappy.

They left a note saying they need a signature and to sign this paper. I signed the paper and 3 days later nothing. Call fedex and at the same time I am on the phone with fedex the driver checks the package in saying Im not home. Now I have drive an hour each way to pick-up my package and fedex says there is nothing they can do. Go USPS at least then all you have to do is go to your post office.

Pay for express shipping and am told I have to go pick up my package myself. You call for help on this and you get stuck talking to a foreigner you cant understand. Worst company to ever deal with.
