Amazingly proactive service! Strong work! I had 6 inbound Priority Overnight boxes coming in today. As a result of a snafu on my part, I was not available to accept them when they arrived at 9:32 am. Instead of leaving 6 door tags and having me wait an additional day, the driver left a note that they would try again at 2 pm. Having not seen this note prior asking for the packages to be redirected to the local FedEx Print and Ship location, I received a phone call less than 30 minutes after the redirect saying my important packages would be delivered to the new location within 30 minutes! This is incredible corporate and employee-based proactivity and customer service! I am so impressed that they went above and beyond to make sure my packages and I connected. Thank you!

Nothing with shipping will ever be perfect. The agents help you but they can only do so much, they are not there to make you miserable. Tips 1)If a driver leaves a door tag make sure you bring it with, fastest way to track down your package. 2)Big tip, dont confuse fedex express and ground or even smart post. This is an EXPRESS facility You can drop off ground at this facility but can not pick up a ground package (that is to be delivered to you)at this location. 3)If you need help PACKING and shipping, go to the fedex office 5 minutes away. (8057 Wedgewood) 4) Be Nice!

Ive now had 2 Smartpost packages languishing in the Maple Grove facility for nearly a week waiting for transfer to a post office about five miles away. Estimated delivery date changes daily, and after 4 days of changes delivery estimates they have now been listed as "pending" for 24 hours and have supposedly been on the way to the post office since Friday Morning. Lost? Mis-directed? Who knows, because their customer service is nonexistent. Pathetic service!

Each time I have items shipped to me via FedEx, the Maple Grove location ships them to Rogers, only to have the Rogers location ship them back to Maple Grove. Why? Because I dont live any where near Rogers and Maple Grove should be delivering my packages. Thus causing my packages to be a few days past the scheduled delivery date, which is highly disappointing when its Christmas gifts.

First package never came from Post office. Their tracking say it went out at 3:30 a.m. never showed up at Post office, and they never received it. Reordered item and took six more weeks for the company to remake the item. It was for Valentines Day. Now let see what happens with the replacement item at this same location. They SUCK! Broken heart, and Disappointed!

I was in my living room. Literally 10-15 feet away from my front door. I go to the door to step outside for a minute to use my phone and i see a door tag. SECOND TIME the delivery truck comes and DOESNT knock on my door, DOESNT ring my door bell. Now I have to wait for this guy to get back to the facility so I have to DRIVE and get it. RING THE DOORBELL !!!

Supposedly they tried to deliver 3x. Im a stay at home parent and no attempts were made to contact me, knock on my door, leave a note stating the attempts-NOTHING... i was told to pick it up, but, when I refused they had to go further up the ladder to see if they would deliver it. Im very disappointed.

Terrible!!!! My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday in PA but it is now somewhere lost in outer space. It has not moved from this location in days and customer service cant tell me where it is or when I will receive it. If you can avoid using FedEx and this location do so!!

In my opinion, one of the very few FedEx actual customer service centers that need to be changed inorder to bring it up to the FedEx standards that all the other Federal Express offices portray around the country as far as customer service goes.

Worst Experience I have ever had. I watched out my window the driver get out with no packages, and place a door tag on my mail box with out ringing the doorbell while i was on my way to the door, and get in his truck and drive off.

I live in apartment. FedEx left a door tag on the buildings front door with NO indication whatsoever whom it was for.So ALL 20 - 30 people thought it was for them! Good thing Amazon sent me an email about delivery.
