I have had three other companies come out to my property and tell me that they needed to cut into the stack to get my drain for a kitchen sink rental unit to code. I called Randy Lane & Sons for one last check. Their rates were reasonable and transparent over the phone and the lady answering the phone was friendly and also asked that I send photos so they can be prepared before the appointment today (Friday, November 6th) The plumber showed up right on time and was able to do the job without cutting the stack. He made quick work of it and even used some parts left over from another job to keep the part cost extremely low. I was so impressed with the work and efficiency of the work I am going to have them come out to quote a remodel job I am looking at in my lower level.

I will be completely honest, I have never done business with Randy Lane and Sons Plumbing. This review comes after witnessing one of their employees (in a company truck) driving like a complete idiot. This guy was changing lanes rapidly, traveling at a very high rate of speed and making dangerous passing maneuvers. If you are going to drive your company truck around (presumably home), you may want to consider trying to represent your company better by driving like a law abiding citizen. If you are that careless while driving, I (as a prospective customer) am going to assume that you are probably just as careless while on the job.

OUTSTANDING! My husband and I were recently in the process of selling our home. In the process the buyer had a plumbing issue they asked to be addressed. We called Randy Lane and Sons and everyone from the office assistant to Brian Lane went out of their way to assist me with the process. Brian came to review the plumbing issue and was able to offer an expert opinion on the plumbing and even came out last minute on the day of the close to review his opinion with the buyer and the buyers agent. Brian saved the day! For any plumbing issue going forward, my first call will be to Brian at Randy Lane & Sons Plumbing and Heating.

We had a huge plumming problem going on in are basement. I called there service and they were able to help me a whole lot. I called a few services before this and the plumming problem kept comeing back I said to my self this is the last place other wise Im going to pay some bucks for someone to redo the pipes. But it turned out that they were able to help my plumming problem. I just want to say thanks because you guys did a wonderful job. Went deaper then any other place went.

Nice people, great service, Brian is available if there is a issue. They re plumbed our entire house and installed all new fixtures through out, big project. They did a great job. Our general contractor is gone, bankrupt, but Randy Lane and Sons came back and worked on any warranty issues we had anyway. We have used them several times now and always been pleased with the service.
