I’ve made amazing progress on my weight loss goals thanks to Title Boxing’s trainers and staff. In the past 3 months, I lost 34 lbs and am on track to lose even more. But I really want to tell you about my whole experience with Title. I started going to classes back in June and was soon going several times a week. It wasn’t long before I found I had more energy and strength. My technique was improving with each session. I even had more self-confidence. There’s something else worth mentioning. Because of a new location opening near me when I joined (SW MPLS), I had classes with an influx of different trainers. To Title’s credit, every single trainer motivated me, inspired me and was interested in working with me to achieve my fitness goals – and they still do. I also found Title to be a welcoming place. My fellow members are motivated, have similar goals, and am as hooked as I am. I’ve even made a few friends there. I was enjoying classes several times a week but a weight loss challenge at work motivated me to challenge myself even more. I committed myself to working out at Title nearly every day, which was made easier by the giant rush each workout gave me. No matter how great a day I had, it always felt fantastic to tear into the bag after work. My metabolism was where I needed it to be – after eating, it was like an ignition switch had been flipped on. The consistency of my workouts allowed me to focus even more on my diet, removing things that weren’t working for me. It wasn’t hard to do – those foods didn’t align with the new me or the workouts that had gotten me there. It didn’t make sense to eat them anymore and I didn’t crave them. I’m much closer to my long-term weight loss goals thanks to Title and the staff there. I’m so much more motivated to reach my goals with their support system of knowledge and experience. If you’re thinking about joining, don’t hesitate. Title is right for you. The best version of you.

Immediately hooked after my first class! I have enjoyed classes with all of the trainers at Title Boxing and appreciate their encouragement and humor throughout the workouts. They are also great about helping with form and technique and giving me the reminder I always need the most - to keep breathing! Staff and trainers are all kind and make a point to know the members, call them by name. After just two months of being a member, I feel at home at Title Boxing and am glad to see a community of regulars growing.

My wife and I have been members for a few months now and its one of the most positive and rewarding lifestyle changes weve made. There is a different trainer every workout so it keeps it interesting. Theres room for every skill level too, so dont worry about where youre at. Theyre great instructors and they work with everyone. And theyre not joking about 1000 calories in an hour. Its a very high level of cardio, but also very fun. Highly recommend.

I started doing TITLE Boxing Club POWER HOURS about 4 years ago. I have found it to be an addicting workout that is both fun and rewarding. I had never worn a pair of boxing gloves in my life. Now I look forward to strapping them on as a way to beat stress and stay fit. The long term benefits Ive gotten are incredible. Im in the best shape Ive been in literally 30 years and have more energy than ever before.

Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Good instruction on proper form and technique from day one and every day. Love the mental distraction of the boxing combinations changing over and over again - I dont even realize time is passing or Im working out so hard. Wish there was more member interaction - would be fun to get to know people a bit more.
