What happened to this place? It used to be a great place to take your auto. Now? Not so much. Im never going back there. The inner part of my door in my SUV is still all loose after having a power window motor put in. I had to bring it back to get some of the controls reinstalled correctly on said door. The first person to work on the door rook everything out of the pocket and threw it all over the passenger floor. I had transmission work done there a couple years ago they stood behind to fix when it went out. I never really took that SUV out of town for a month or two, but the tranny is tight and the vehicle does not drive the same. Lastly my daughter called there for en "estimate" on a towing package being installed and when i called them about it they gave me a price and said they had ordered all the parts for it. Not cool. Your Review Brought my car in for diagnosis/repair of a transmission issue and for brake work. Communication was good, diagnostic revealed a transmission problem that was still under warranty (one time I am glad that I purchased the extended warranty) and could be handled by my auto dealer. The brake work was completed swiftly and I was on my way within days. Additional concerns were explained and estimated for future services and everyone on staff that I had contact with were professional and friendly. Thanks again for the complementary loaner, love that program!

Ive have taken every vehicle I have had since I could drive to Pro Auto and have never had issues with their service and expertise. Any issue with any of my cars have been promptly fixed in a timely manner. I will only bring my vehicles here just on the fact that I know my car is safe to drive.
