I am gathering that the other reviewers either work at this shop, are family, or folks with a great deal of money and newer vehicles that are basically getting some basic maintenance done or an oil change. Personally, I could not have had a worse experience trying to get my truck fixed. If only the noise that started had occurred closer to my home instead of just west of Chanhassen. To start I was charged for hours of diagnostics and they couldnt find the actual problem, but fixed something else. I was ok with that but still hopeful. So I left my truck another few days and they said they had finally figured it, bought the parts, and had it fixed... So I paid the exorbitant bill for the limited work they did and thought things would finally be good. I got on highway 5 and there was the original noise again! I couldnt believe it, but was so frustrated I just drove the 20 miles home to take it to the family mechanic. The family mechanic knew it what is was in minutes and had it fixed in a few hours. He also noticed that the work Victoria Auto did complete was not done correctly. I did try to go back and have a conversation with the owner. He came out of the shop, introduced himself and basically yelled me out the door with no acknowledgement of their incompetence. The most audacious comment he made was, "I already lost you as a customer and even if I do reimburse you some money you are still going to tell everyone you know how horrible we are so what reason would I have for giving you any money back?" My jaw dropped.

These guys are the best. They got me in and out right away and are some of the friendliest people Ive ever met. Nicky does most of the service writing and shes a real charmer. Steve the owner really knows his $hit too. At least I can say that for out of the ordinary BMW electrical work. I will not only continue bring by BMW there but the Porsche, Audi and Ferrari will also go there for service. One last thing, they have a wicked cool place to hang out while your waiting. They have a wood burning fireplace, enticing leather couches to sit on and the coffee smelled particularly good although i never sampled it. They also work with extended warranty companies too. Im very impressed. These guys are truly top shelf.

I trust these people. Over the 48 years Ive been driving Ive had many problems with garages / auto dealers / mechanics "overselling" repair and maintenance work and blatantly lying about what is needed and what they did. Moved to Victoria 5 years ago and needed to find an auto repair place I can trust. Over the 4 years Ive done business with Victoria Auto Werks they have earned my trust and confidence. The service writer, Nicky, is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are competitive, they do good work, and most importantly I trust them.

I bring my BMW here on a regular basis for scheduled and some unscheduled maintenance. I have found the service here absolutely outstanding. I have worked on machinery all of my life and know that todays vehicles need to be regularly serviced. Nichole is great at the desk and will always find a solution. She will also state that perhaps the work should be taken to the dealer. Ive never been gouged" by a high bill. And, Im not a relative of anyone that works here.

I take my boat in for winterization every year, they do a great job for a great price. I also take my 02 4runner in there for maintenance. These guys are honest and fair. I will continue to bring anything with a motor into Victoria Auto Werks because I trust them. Great local business!
