Matt Saxe Chevy should be located in every town across the nation. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had crashed my 2013 Suburban and the person I usually work with to locate a used one could not get the color combo I wanted. I searched on internet and through Auto trader and found Matt Saxe with exactly what I wanted - Silver with grey interior (this was Tuesday night). I sent an email that night at 8:30 EST and had a response from Hillary in about 15 minutes with a cell phone number to call. I texted her and she called me back in 2 minutes to let me know that the truck was still available. I put a deposit on it the next morning with final payment that afternoon through a wire transfer and was on a plane to Minnesota from New Jersey on Thursday with my wife. Can you say road trip? We were picked up from the airport by Jerry in the 4000 mile old 2015 Suburban which was immaculate. The ride to the dealership was filled with stories shared by Jerry who was simply put a gentleman with a great dry sense of humor. (We were rooting for Miss Michigan in the USA pageant). We got to the dealership and were greeted by Hillary and the team who were beyond pleasant. John Kop helped out with the paperwork and in the shortest time ever I purchased a used vehicle. We were on our way with a hug and smiles all around. This was THE BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership. Thank you everyone at Matt Saxe!!!!

Last week our car broke down. Due to the convenience of Matt Saxe being in town we decided to take it in for repairs. Generally we do not use dealerships for repairs. Scott in the service department was AMAZING. I felt comfortable, catered to and respected. He explained everything to me in detail and even went above and beyond. He notified us of a coupon for 10% off service. My car was fixed in days ! I can say with out a doubt that I will purchase my next vehicle from Matt Saxe. I am amazed by the kind, compassionate and caring atmosphere at Matt Saxe Dealership. In No Way did it feel like I was at a Dealership.

I was very impressed with the high quality experience I recently had while visiting Matt Saxe. I was very grateful that the service department was able to accommodate my service needs on short notice. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, Sales Consultant, Jessica Swords, made my kids and I feel extremely welcome. She gave us a quick tour of the showroom pointing out a nice area my children could play, and offered us a snack/beverage. It was so refreshing to be in a nice family friendly environment. The next time my husband and I are in the market for a new vehicle, we will definitely be contacting Jessica!

Weve purchased two cars for this dealership and the experience was perfect both times. Not only was the salesman (Marc) attentive to all of our requests, but he was polite, professional and friendly as well. The dealership went out of their way to help us since we were in the midst of changing over our income during our pending retirement. They held the price outside of the "sale" timeframe. Service has always been top notch and no waiting around. They set an appointment with you and keep to the schedule. Highly recommend this dealership and Marc.

I drove 50 miles to take a look at a preowned 2016 Equinox that I had initially viewed on craigslist. It was worth the trip. I met with Andy Ryan right away. We took the Equinox for a good test drive and inspection. After that we sat down and discussed my trade in and completed a purchase agreement. It was all stress free, no pressure on me. I picked up the Equinox the following Monday. Before I left, Andy sat in the Equinox and went over all the controls in detail, in case I had questions. I just bought a 2014 Chevrolet Equinox on Friday. Jessica Swords was a dream to work with. No pressure very knowledgeable, and friendly! Jason Cole is wonderful! From the moment I walked in the door to the time I drove away he was very helpful. I went to the dealership just to look and he walked me around the lot to show me all the different makes of the Traverse I was interested in. Their website is easy to use and maneuver as well as making first contact whether it be chat or text; their sales team is willing to do a circus act for you. There was no pressure to buy and straight forward with you. They also do charities for the local community! Jason and Hillary were great to work with. A dealer that really takes care of you! Goes above and beyond! I cant say enough they ate amazing I was about to sell my Chevy and get a Ford because all the other Chevy dealers were so bad! Had a Awesome experience at Saxe Chevy Buick!!! My Sales Person Josh Fisher was very knowledgeable about the Chevy Equinox and its competitors. Josh went above and beyond when selling us the equinox and paired our Bluetooth phones and showed us exactly how the radio works including setting our Pre-set stations. I would definietley recommend Saxe Chevy Buick and Josh to anyone who is looking for a great deal and a sales person with actual knowledge of the vehicle he is showing you.
