I had a headlight out during a snowstorm, so I gave them a call. I was told it would be hard to do with my foreign made vehicle. They charged me nearly $60 for the parts and labor. My other headlight went out (not in a snow storm) and I bought the part for $14.95 and changed it myself in about 5 minutes. (And Im NOT a girl with car skills.) That means I paid $35+ dollars for five minutes of labor from them! I am disappointed that they charged me so much. It feels as though they took advantage of the situation. :(
