Great company to work for as well as 75 years of experience in culinary artistry, high-end weddings, special events, galas, fundraisers and corporate catering in the St Paul area. The Staff here are amazing. That is what sold me. I left the IT industry to work for this company in Sales because of the reputation and excellence and people who work here, some have worked here for over 20 years! The wait staff will pamper you with customer service and bring you back to a time with dining was an experience and service was an art. Known for large scale events and the golf division but even more now a catering experience that "creates WOW!" for you and your guests. Personally I have tasted the food and the catering is award winning, beautifully displaced and the service is top notch with real linens, glassware included in all events. There are 10 partner venues from golf courses, to parks to famous locations around the Twin Cities that Envision is at. (Formerly known by the PROM Catering name and the Concessions for the U.S. Open golf tournament) Envision Catering is a new name and new brand of award winning excellence "If you can envision it, they can create it!"

Prom catering was great for our wedding. We only had the catering, NOT the venue. We went to the tasting, which was very fun! We tried most of the catering options. The service during the wedding was PHENOMENAL. I was very surprised with how professional the waitstaff was, and how friendly! Anything a guest asked to get, they got it for them with a smile. No one was stuck waiting for a plate - everything was served quickly and efficiently. We had to switch coordinators, which made me a bit nervous (since it was 2 weeks before the wedding), but it still turned out great. The original contact lady was hard to get a hold of. Amy Carter was our final contact and she was much better than the original girl. The food was wonderful as well!

Our wedding reception was hosted at the Prom Center. We were very pleased with the results and staff we worked with. Amy Carter was extremely organized, professional and followed up with our questions in a timely manner. The facilitys location is ideal for out of town guests given the proximity from Minneapolis and St. Paul. We highly recommend the Prom Center for your event!

The food was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. Everything, plus more was delivered on time. We got our food at 4:30 pm in hot boxes, it was served at 5 pm, when the last meal was served at 7 pm it was still steaming hot and fresh! The first time I used their service was in 1983 and I have never been disappointed. What more can I say.
