I had a little incident with a support beam in my work parking ramp where these giant bolts ripped off my bumper, damaged the grill, quarter panel and wheel. We just had a string of winter weather so every other shop I called had a 1-3 week wait to even get my car in. I couldnt handle my car being held together by a bungie cord that long. My co-worker referred me to Maaco and they were able to start my car that same day! Worked with Doug who was very thorough, not cutting corners and plain old doing the right thing. They had my car taken apart by the next morning so Doug could have it ready for the adjuster. My insurance adjuster quoted out some non-manufactured brands but Maaco used all new Chrysler parts on my car. Communication was perfect and I got my car back in a week. They even did me a little favor to touch up and buff out a little boo boo I had on the other side of the car at no charge. When I was done paying my balance for the deductible, I received a kind thank you for the business and headed to my car. Getting inside I noticed they cleaned the whole car inside and out! Vacuum, cleaned floor mats and wiped down all the interior. Wow, I am just amazed at how well I was taken care of. They will certainly be referred by me and continue to get my future business (hopefully I wont have any but if I do lol) Thanks Steve and Doug!

THE HEADLIGHTS THEY PUT ON MY CAR ARE FALLING APART AND WERE IN NO WAY SEALED, BULBS KEEP BUSTING BECAUSE A SIGNIFICANT AMMOUNT OF MOISTURE IS ALLOWED IN. They were rude, unprofessional, they started adding on to my bill even AFTER I was given the final invoice. They were so petty as to go in and remove parts from my car because the final invoice was for 2000$ and thats what I paid and we agreed upon. So they went and started removing parts from my car. Im sorry, but a horn does not cost 200$, in fact, I went to auto zone and got a brand new one for 5, installed it myself and took 10 minutes LOL. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GET QUALITY WORK ELSEWHERE. They messed up all the wiring in my car. Headlights dont work at all anymore

My wife and I had some damage on our SUV due to hail, my accidental encounter with a pole, and some minor door dings. The Osseo Maaxo crew were efficient in providing quotes, and did a great job of the body work and paint. When we got the vehicle back, we noticed our seat belts were not retracting (they had to remove our interior liner to repair the roof hail damage.) The team was quick and professional in resolving the issue and we are happy customers. This is the second time we have used Osseo Maaco, and we are impressed by the level of service in an industry where it is difficult to manage expectations.

brought in brand new parts to be painted. 11 months later the paint is cracking and coming off!!! they pretty much said too bad, no warranty!!! horrible service!!!!!!!
