I had a particularly challenging set of repair requests on a modern Lexus which I acquired for a collection. The car, which has a three stage paint, had experienced damage to the right rear quarter panel and front bumper while in transit to Minnesota. The car also had previous damage to two door panels which needed repair. Manager Larry Zeller handled my service request personally. Mr. Zeller was extremely helpful in assessing the damage, describing the various repair options, the sequencing of repairs and related costs and scheduling. Mr. Zeller knew how important this car and the repair work was to me and the importance of doing the repairs to a "like new" standard. Mr. Zeller took the car in immediately. He kept me informed several times on the status of repairs.. When completed I was extraordinarily happy with the results. The work was perfect. The door panels, quarter panel and bumper were perfect. The paint and finish was perfect and the "fit" was perfect as well. All the repairs met and exceeded my "like new" standard. The job was done on schedule and as budgeted. I want to extend my deepest Thanks and Gratitude to Mr. Zeller and the Team at Wayzata Auto Center Collision Repair for returning my collector car back to its original "like New" condition. They are simply the Best and have earned all my future business. I couldnt be happier.

After having substantial damage done to my car, they did a good job of repairing the trunk and taillights. However, they did not disconnect the battery to keep the trunk light from draining down multiple times and would not handle the expense of a new battery with the insurance company. They also did not address a damaged seat hinge. They have ignored multiple calls to them to resolve with the insurance adjuster. I would take my vehicle somewhere else next time.

I was referred to Wayzata Collision by one of the Lexus dealerships in the area and rightfully so! They repaired the rear end collision damage and replaced the under engine shields on my 2002 Lexus with excellence. They also detailed the vehicle inside and out. I am picky about my car; if you are too, you will definitely be satisfied if you select this shop to take care of your auto body needs.

The staff was so amazing, friendly, kind, and so compassionate. You can tell they really care about you and want to do everything they can to help. The communication was wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone dealing with car issues. My SUV came out looking better than it did before my accident. Overall the best experience I have had dealing with body shop.
