Just picked up my car from Rob today. It looks great. Rob is the owner and with just a few phone calls was able to remember my name/face/vehicle so that all my questions were easily and quickly answered. I was rear-ended and needed some pretty big body work done. I selected Blue Line because it was close to my house, and my past experience with body shops included a lot of back-and-forth. Well, that was totally not the case with Blue Line. I dropped off my car, they worked directly with the insurance company handling my claim and everything was taken care of swiftly. I recommend everyone thoroughly inspect your vehicle before driving it away when significant repairs are undertaken, but besides a small hiccup (which was handled quickly and with professionalism), everything about my experience was as good as it could be. As a bonus, Blue Line works with Enterprise in Coon Rapids, so I could be picked up and drop my vehicle off right at the shop without having to figure out rides to the rental car. I would give them my business again, but hope its not for a long time.

I recently had to have some body work done. After dealing with my insurance company and following up on some recommendations of theirs, I was lucky enough to call Blueline. I first spoke with Jesse. From the first phone call he was extremely helpful. He arranged to get my car towed, got me the loaner car and brought it to my house, and kept me appraised of the progress. When I picked my car up I met Rob, the owner. for the first time. He was very gracious and went above and beyond to make this an incredibly positive experience for me. I will never go anywhere but Blueline again. Its no wonder all of their reviews are 5 star. They are amazing and wonderful to work with. Do yourself a favor and look no further for a place to take your car.

I just have to update my review. I had an accident in the winter of 2013/14 and brought the car to Blue Line- they did great work and went to great lengths to ensure customer satisfaction. Now I find that not only do they do great work but they stand behind their work years later! I had a radiator leak long after I had any right to expect any warranty help. Not only did Rob stand behind his work- he replaced the radiator for free, including new coolant and a new clamp. I will never take my car anywhere but Blue Line for collision work. If I have to pay to tow the car 1000 miles for Rob to work on it, I will. Truly, the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. Ever.

I recently had a small dent repaired by Blue Line Collision. I wanted to keep the cost low, so I opted for PDR (paintless dent repair). Even though the dent was small, it happened to be on the bodyline of the tailgate making it extremely difficult to produce perfect results with PDR. Blue Line Collision blew me away with how nice of a job they did. No signs of the dent whatsoever, it looks absolutely perfect. Jesse and his team did a fantastic job and I will certainly use them and recommend friends and family to use them in the future!

Had a car crash and Blue Line was in my neighborhood. Had heard from others that they did a great job. Took my car in for a quick look and they were able to get me in within a few days. Got a great rental car that they even had warmed up for me and was ready to go! The work done on my car was perfect and complete when they said it would be done. They even did some extra things on my car as a courtesy..no charge! Would recommend them to anyone! Rob was great to work with. Kept me updated on a regular basis. Top quality shop!

Recently brought in a 2002 Honda Accord with a smashed front bumper, headlights and hood. The quote to fix it was 1500.00 which was more than fair. The final bill was nearly half that because they were able to reuse some parts. These guys are fantastic! I have been bringing my cars there for years and have never once been disappointed with the price, quality of service, or the time it takes to complete a job. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Blue Line Collision Team did an amazing job fixing up damage to my car . They worked with the insurance company to adjust the quote to be sure my car got all repairs needed and necessary . I also went back a few weeks later because my headlight seemed to be shining a little high - it was no problem, they got me right in and made the headlight adjustment and everything is back to normal. Highly recommend to anyone for any collision or body work !

I dont write many reviews but its rare to find a business who not only does great work but cares for their customers and makes every effort to make sure the customer is happy. Rob (the owner) made time on the weekend when he was closed, promptly returned my phone calls, and even did some work on a service light for me when it wasnt part of why I brought my car in. They are highly recommended and I would bring my vehicle back anytime if needed.

I purchased my first new car 2014 VW Jetta in January 2015 and let my daughter borrow,which she had an accident. I was going to be very critical on how the body work was going to be done, only 8200 miles on car. I checked out 3 body shops and decided to go with Blue Line. Very nice guys! My car was done earlier than they quoted me, which was already faster than Id expected. They even cleaned and vacuumed my interior. I would definitely go back, but I hope I never have to!
