I called Wayzata Autoworks and Collision to see if I could schedule an appointment for an estimate. The man I spoke with was very condescending. He seemed annoyed that I wanted to do business with them. This man would not even give me a rough time frame to bring the vehicle in and was extremely unprofessional. All I wanted to do was schedule an appointment but after dealing with that charmer over the phone I decided it was best for me to bring my business elsewhere.

Fast and Looks Brand New! I brought my Volkswagen Jetta and in for repairs at Autoworks Collision of Wayzata after an accident. No insurance involved and the charge was very fair. When the repairs were done I could not tell where accident had happened it looked like brand new like nothing ever happened as well as very fast service. I would recommend Autoworks Collision of Wayzata to my friends and family. Thanks Autoworks Collision for a great job done.

Greatest Service Ever! I recently had an accident with my 2008 BMW 750Li. Someone had rear ended me and I was so worried that my BMW would never look the same. The guys at Autoworks Collision made me feel at ease even knowing there was $15,000.00 in damages to my car. When I arrived to pick it up it looked like the day I purchased it new. Start with the good, they did the job on the door quickly and looked great. Bad: they ruined my window tint with overspray and looked like a Brillo pad was taken to the light and fender Update: they really do honor their warranty. Earning my trust back. Great customer service! The estimator went around my car with me, informing me of parts that were broken as well as explaining how they would repair them. They told me my car would be done in about a week and they finished early. I definitely recommend them!
