I went in one day to get a package, they said they delivered, t never came they said they put it in the mail box which was impossible, because it was a box full of ties, the service lady is a Gordo that is lazy and always has an attitude, she remembered my voice and when I Called to speak to their manager SE lied multiple times and said he was in a meeting, even one time he left a message saying call the store at a specific time, shes a liar as bitter big woman... They even refused service to me at 5;30 when they close at 6, acting like their the only ones who have jobs, I was working from 8AM-5Pm made it all the way to this side of town, literally the only time I could catch them during business hours. They suck. Oh and I never got my package t any reconciliation.

The only reason why Im giving it three stars is because of the poor lady that was stuck working by herself behind the counter. A gentleman was yelling at her about the computer system and the prices posted on the wall were wrong(also there was a line of 10 people waiting) and needed to be updated. She kept her cool and tried her best. Eventually 2 other people came up and ran the door with her 15 min later. Whoever is the manager there you should be ashamed of yourself for not sticking up for that poor employee and staffing poorly. That poor girl was doing everything by herself and held it together. You should probably give her a raise.

Pathetic lazy bastards work here!!! I hate this place and there rudeness. They lose mail all the time (important mail, like work Visa cards). Everybody in the neighborhood has had mail lost or put at wrong addresses. They dont care at all, management guy (who looks like a poor version of Suge Knight with capped teeth) is rude and inconsiderate. The curly haired lady at the counter is lazy as hell, and acts like its so hard to walk 12ft to the back and check for mail. I see why a lot of people rate this place so low and uses FEDEX or UPS.

I would rate the service staff highly and the customers less then one star. Have been there many times and staff is quick and very helpful despite the fact that the customers are rude. As I was waiting once a customer at the counter was yelling at the staff because he had addressed his box incorrectly and some how it was their fault. Been here many times and watched as customers dont listen to what they need to do, get upset and then storm out. Lines do get long but the one or two people working move the line quickly.

My mail continues to get returned to sender. I have lived in the same place for 3 years and my name is on the mail box. I have called post office about this issue and yet it continues to happen. My bank account was put on hold due to returned mail, and I was unable to use my debit card all weekend. Super frustrating! Now when I call the post office I just get a busy signal, I guess I am not the only one having this problem.

This place is the worst the mail lady for Robbinsdale is lazy and will leave your package for anyone to steal, she do not even attempt to ring the bell or knock on the door if it cant fit in the mail box. She just leaves it there and say it was delivered not to you but to the apartment building.

I work from home Monday through Friday and the postal carry NEVER knocks on my door for things I have to sign for as I am home all day during the week. And this REALLY UPSETS ME.

Was hungry up on 9 times in a row and then once that was over, I called 4 more times and the phone just rang and rang. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
