Although there always seems to be a long line at this location during busy times of the day (lunch, and before closing), I have been happy with the helpfulness of the staff. They all know their stuff and will find the answer to my questions promptly. They may not be "chipper" to every person, but I know that they face numerous customers who are rude, in a hurry, and believe that their mail is more important than anyone else. Give them a break and maybe be the first to offer a smile.

The skinny man who looks to be about 60 or so is incredibly condescending and unpleasant every single time I stop in. Every time I am very polite in hopes he will Be the same in return but nope. Would it kill you to be nice? Its to the point where I now go out of my way and go to the SLP location just to avoid this dreadful man.

terry is the only female clerk at this post office and is absolutely awful! She is consistently rude and unpleasant. I always hope she is not the one who waits on me. This woman needs customer service training or should be transferred. All the other clerks are great but her!! Tell her to smile once in a while!

Never use this post office!!! One person working the Friday before Christmas?!?! Seriously?!? Had to wait in line 30 minutes and had to leave due to their complete lack of competence. Worst post office I have ever been to, this is an example of why the postal service is going bankrupt! Total nightmare!
