Tenth Dimension

There are three employees at this location that are really very good. One guy who you dont see out front that often is not very knowledgeable about the products that are available and usually has to ask a coworker for help. They have this ancient faded sign that tells where the line starts (theres always s line) cant you come up with a more prominent sign so people actually notice it? Even the best employees cant make up for the fact that this is the U.S. postal service with its overly cumbersome rules and regulations, endless questions and archaic processes. Doomed to eternal slowness!!

My packages always state theyre delivered or left at my front door when theyre not. My packages will also state that I picked them up at the office, when I did not and says that its signed by me however the last name is wrong. Drivers also never ring the doorbell, especially when youre home. Also they never leave you slips if you missed them EVEN when youre home! This has been an ongoing issue within the past four years!! How many more escalations for countless orders does this need to go on for? I wish everyone dropped USPS and used other couriers good heavens!

They do their job OK and are perfectly able to ship a package for you. The issue arises if you have a question or there is a problem. They are pretty unhelpful and a bit rude. Id say they are on par with the DMV on a rainy Monday as far as customer service. There are other options in the area and I would suggest those. Unless you accidentally trip and stumble into their office with a package that happens to have USPS postage; avoid.

Horrible attitude towards customers. .I had some questions about a package and the rude old Midwestern passive aggressive b**** was insulting and condescending. Maybe she realized how pathetic her life was and is now taking It out on customers. ..service quality has gone down to lower than low. Disgusting

Pieces of garbage that dont care about customers, the whole USPS service just sucks, if your mail arrives late or damaged they dont do anything about it, theyll just blame it on someone else, i thought people that do this for a living would care about there customers, sheesh

They close EXACTLY at 4:30; Ive seen them lock doors in front of people before. It seems crazy because the parking lot is always full between 4:30-5:00. No wonder the postal service is bankrupt; no one can get in to use their service.

The workers at this post office are always friendly, respectful, patient, knowledgeable--and have a nice sense of humor. The best post office to stop at if you need stamps, to send a package, or anything else.

Best post office, or shipping store Ive used in the Twin Cities. The people who work there re awesome. Always pleasant. Always fast. They dont try to up sell you like UPS.
