Their counter service is iffy at best! Speaking as someone with a disability that limits the length of time I can stand, there is no where to sit, and the customer counter top is very short and not meant for leaning on!! Their home delivery is horrible! Ive lived in the area for almost 5yrs and they have always taken all packages to the rental office where I live but when my disability has worsened I have begged, pleaded and threatened to get a lawyer involved to get them to stop taking my packages over there. Ive talked to several supervisors at the post office and my new apartment manager who says he doesnt want them brought to him unless the tenant isnt home, well Im home 98% of the time!!

Store staff friendly. The drivers need training.. If youre not outside waiting for the mailman they "forget" to deliver your packages. I run a business and count on my packages being delivered I also pay for it. Going to start using FedEx after this. Ridiculous.

I have had at least 3 packages go missing after their driver "delivered" it. I reported all three to them and they did nothing about it. I also reported it to the postal investigators and I never heard anything after any report.

Lazy delivery workers they do not knock and simply say i was not home i have cameras and they just quickly move on to the next house without leaving my packages

Super friendly staff. I wasnt receiving emails in regards to my PO Box and they were very helpful and he problem solved the issue.
