The absolute worst post office! There are a few women in there that are great but I have been dealing with issues since we moved here and the supervisor "T"is the absolute worst! I had to wait a month for keys to be made only to have more problems! My neighborhood has 10 cluster boxes on one street and they didnt write which one was mine! So I called everyday went to the post office twice a day and waiting in line 30 deep almost everyday while only one person was working the counter....asked repeatedly where my mail gets delivered and no one could tell me not one person! I asked serveral times for the supervisor and she was either on the phone or not there! Finally got to speak to the supervisor "T" and she made the matter ten times worse! I gave them back my keys and put my mail back on hold! Well yesterday I had enough it was my daughters birthday and I couldnt even give her her present because it was being held hostage in my mail box that I had no clue where it was at! While I was talking to the gal at the counter I watched the supervisor "T" take a personal phone call on her cell and go into her office giggling! The counter gal went to her office with my name on a piece of paper and "T" told her she was talking to me on the phone and to throw that paper away! Wow really! Well at that time my mail carrier came in to the office...so I asked if it was possible if I meet her at my house and she can tell me where my mail box is and she said that would absolutely work....even tho "T" the supervisor said that was impossible to do! Well I got all my mail and had to return to the post office he next day to get my keys back! Get there and "T" the supervisor told the counter girl that she didnt have my keys....unmmmm YES YOU DO! So I saw my mail carrier and asked for her to help me and guess what she told "T" the supervisor that I wanted my keys and "T" walks right by me with a scowl on her face goes into her office and gets my keys gives them to my mail carrier and walks right by me again with a scowl on her face! Seriously this is the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with and it had nothing to do the the workers there just the Supervisor!

This is the best office in the area, in my opinion. I have had AWFUL experiences at the Clive office and Drive a little bit out of my way for the 100% improved experience I receive at this location. Everyone that I have encountered is very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I would like to throw out there that this is a post office- not a git n go- there will be times when there is a line and the wait times can get rather long. Thats what happens when each customer is helped thoroughly or you pick a busy time of day; comes with the territory and no post office is immune to wait times- I can understand the frustration, however that is not something any post office can control. I have witnessed the workers handle escalated situations very nicely and Ive seen more smiles at this post office than any other I have used! Overall the people here truly try help, use manners, provide extra attention and details when necessary and are SO SO much better than the other offices I have used in the area.

I just tried to send two packages, both were already prepaid, since I already bought the postage online. Come my turn, the Indian woman working the counter affixed the postage I had printed off to the first package, then was telling me something about needing to help other customers in line (as if I wasnt one?). She wanted to me to tape the other postage label on the second package, then ring some bell. Got frustrated with the tape, told her to finish it, then left.

Worst service Ive ever had. They had lost the key to my mailbox and THREE MONTHS later I still have no key regardless of talking to countless staff. Even after filling out a "hold" form I CONTINUE to get my mail returned to sender! FIGURE IT OUT. I could have had everyone in your service area new keys made a 100 times over by now. Hands down the biggest hassel Ive ever experienced and its still not resolved. You guys need to get it together

Their services are poor and sometimes the mail deliverer miss the mail boxes. I ordered a package from ebay and the computer showed that it had been delivered ten days ago , but I had not received it. Before, I found one of my bank statement at the front board of the building that somebody who received it turned it there. This is show how carelessness the supervisors at the office are.

This location has an automated postage kiosk so you can weigh and buy postage labels without every waiting in a long line. 24 hours a day. Very convienient.

Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else. Consistently the slowest service of any post office. Just plan on spending at least 30 minutes if you go there.
