I know these people work hard.I know theyre trying to eliminate wait times. But I swear not one person Ive ever dealt with here has ever completely listened to the customers needs before interrupting and spouting off before they really understand the problem. Today I was cut off in the middle of explaining what I needed, and when I tried to explain, I was cut off two more times, each time the representative was guessing at what I needed or why it wouldnt work instead of listening to the full story. The lady next to me was having the same problem as she tried to do an address change. I know theyre trying to be efficient but youre really frustrating the customer when you cant spare ten seconds to let then finish their sentence. And its just rude.

Just an update: 3 weeks later ordered something packages lost again...this is really getting ridiculous at this place. I am so sick of it and we have no choice but to deal with it if we want our mail. 2nd time I have had to complain about this branch and its carrier. Our apartment uses a separate box and key system for our packages and several times keys have been mixed up and I have gotten other peoples packages. Last time it was someones medication that they very well could of needed asap, this time its my 100 dollar package. Its not a hard system and have yet to understand how these problems continue to happen after several complaints. I am planning to take this to the main offices again, I am tired of this

Says my package was delivered January 6th, and I am here on the 11th still without a package to open. Turns out they delivered it to the wrong address, on top of recovering the package and not giving it back to us when we arrive at the office to retrieve. So now we have to wait for a carrier, who sends calls to voicemail to bring the package back to the office for us to retrieve it once again. I never had anything sour towards mail before, but this experience is not worth going through for something you paid for. Its costly, but overnight/express shipping is everyones best bet. Pay the extra cash and avoid this crap.

Filled out the paperwork and paid for a mailbox key to my apartment in February. They said it would take about a week and a half. Its now May and I still do not have a key to my mailbox. Ive been up there SEVERAL TIMES fighting with them about this, and the issue has yet to be resolved. The people are rude and unprofessional. The lines are always tremendously long, with only one person on the register, and I never fail to leave there unhappy and angry.

Horrible service. The guy started closing and locking doors 15 minutes before they closed. Luckily I was already in there. He was absolutely no help to me whatsoever. There were others in line behind me, and as soon as he was done with me (acted like I was putting him out) I heard him say Ok, 3 minutes left to the remaining patrons. He sounds like a clock watcher that wouldnt stay 1 second past closing time to help anyone.

The carrier who delivers our mail delivered a Xmas package to me on a Sunday at 8pm. He stayed out all day and all evening delivering mail on Sunday! I am impressed! Ive lived in this area for several yrs now and Southfield Station always gets my mail to me and often my parcels are a day or two early. Thanks for all your hard work Southfield Station!

Mail goes missing, mis-delivered (wrong house or lost), and when mail is sent, the recipient may get it within a week or month. I had this issue in chicago where I lived my entire life, but come on.....fix it!

Always delivers my mail to my neighbors. My address is clearly marked on my mailbox. My neighbor doesnt even get his mail most of the time, he just gets mine and the water treatment plants.
