If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered glasses, they were marked as delivered and werent. I watched the postman come and go, and checked the mail immediately after, no glasses. When I called to get help they sent over the postman to double check the mail box, but he went to the wrong building. They claim they have satellite pictures of him with my package, but when I confronted him with the all of the mail I received yesterday he confirmed that that was all he put in there. I called back to get a claim number started so I can give it to the glasses company for them to make me new ones, and they refused. The guy I talked to "Chuck" I think, interrupted me the whole time, raised his voice, and refused to help me. Thank god Im moving!

Of all the places Ive lived, I love Chaska the most, and the local post office exemplifies small town awesome. Most of the employees recognize me by now and they always have a friendly greeting for me. When we first moved in we often got the previous two owners mail, but that was soon remedied. Its the first place I go when I need to send a package--the other places may be cheaper but this post office cant be beat for convenience and ease of use.

the least professional post office Ive ever seen, messed up my sending my wedding invitations and gave nothing but excuses. We had our invitations in there multiple times, we over paid for postage and many of our guests never received the invitations and we have no idea who didnt receive them. thank you Chaska Post Office for making my life harder

Pretty good place to bring packages. If youre in this area, you have several options as far as Post Office locations. I would pick this one above any of the others.
