They will not pick up my mail. I have had it out in the mailbox for a week and no one will stop to pick it up, Ive even tried to wave him down and he just ignores me and keeps going. Does anyone know the number to call and make a complaint?

I send packages regularly and Bossier City Post Office (Benton Spur) is always quick and easy. I just got off the phone with the most helpful service clerk. I didnt get his name but he was patient with me and kind. Great staff!

The ladies and gentleman that run this post office are always friendly and great to deal with. They get slammed everyday around closing time, and they always give great service. If you can, do them a favor and come early!
