Leave my mail for pick up, they come by and just drop new mail, on top of my old mail, that NEEDS to be sent. Are they going to provide me with money for the late fees they are causing me? I call and you give me attitude, honey its not my fault you work for the city of port arthur. Now that Im here, the supervisor holds a personal conversation with someone else, aside that it took like 5 minutes to get her ass up. Her story is they are short staffed, well you tuck your hand in to drop mail, is there not a 1 2 combo to pick up at the same time? Its not my fault they are short staffed

I wish I could give them ZERO stars! I got notice that they delivered a package in my mailbox and it was not there. Im trying to get a hold of them to question my mail carrier. These people NEVER answer the phone. It used to just ring and ring, but now a recording comes on stating to leave a message. The only thing to do is make a trip all the way down town. Friggin RIDICULOUS!! Patrons should be able to call a place of business and get some type of help over the phone. They are never THAT busy!

Ive had problems with our mailman not delivering mail or not knocking when we had a package. For awhile we had an awesome mailman who would leave the packages on our back porch because we dont really use the front door. Then they changed routes and now we have 3 different mailmen that all do the same thing. When we go to the post office they dont know who has our package. On the other hand, I mail packages quite frequently and the lady working at the desk is super sweet.

I mail is not delivered to my address everyday. I have mail that belongs to numerous other addresses. Those close enough I take to them. Wrongly delivered mail has been sitting on my porch for days. Cannot talk to anyone on the phone and the mailbox is full!

Nobody ever answers the phone, just a voicemail that is full and cannot leave messages. Medication with a tracking number says it was delivered, but is an outright lie, the USPS will not take any responsibility. woohoo for government entities!

Its been many times im at home waiting for a package of some sort and they never knock and when i go and check on the mail moments later a redelivery slip is always hanging. Theyre definitely not doing the job right.

Called twice about a package I have been tracking that has been sitting at their office and no help at all. wouldnt look it up or anything. Just said the tracking information is wrong.
