The worst experience Ive ever had. I had heard rumors about the bad experiences, but now I will never go back or suggest anyone does. Needless to say the line was long and once I got up to the counter, the rep sarcastically pointed out that I did not have a shipping label on my box. I have never been to this location as I thought they could fill that out for me as every other place Id gone had. She automatically assumed I wanted the fastest shipping and in my case I did not. She gave me a price quote and then stopped to look at me as if I were a "postal service idiot" because then she pointed to some random location in the store that I needed to go fill out my own label and come back in line.. (Remember, the line was super long!) I quoted, "Are you serious?" and she once again sarcastically said "seriously" pointing into space. So I stepped out of line to look for this mysterious shipping label, everything was really unorganized and I could not find a pen anywhere except back at the counter, and as I fill out the label she yelled that I was filling out the wrong label.. Maybe a little help would have been nice? Rather than waste my time as I had no idea what to do and there was zero help, I walked out and will never go back again. By far the worst customer service Ive ever experienced

Physically experiencing this post office will cause your blood pressure to rise. Without a doubt. 95% of the time ive gone to mail a package, there is one lady at the front counter and a line reaching the front entrance. Theyre slow, and dont offer any help. (Ive witnessed people staring at signs and posters trying to figure out how to properly mail their item, and not one employee acknowledged them.) On top of it all, the mail drivers cant seem to get out of their truck if a car, or garbage can, is blocking the mailbox! Many times ive witnessed the driver fly by my house without giving us our mail. I went to the post office and complained, and theyre manager says Its not their obligation to deliver the mail if the box is blocked." Ive also seen the drivers do crazy maneuvers around the cars, potentially hitting them, so they can get the little door and window close enough to the box. It is truly unbelievable, and I hope no one else has to experience this place.

I would not even give them one star. I got a slip at my apartment building for a package, and the apartment building never got the package. I called the postal office to see if they had it there. The lady who answered was very short with me and said there was no way they had it. She did not even look. I called back again later and she finally checked to see if there is a package. This place just has poor costumer service. Im normally one to not write bad reviews unless the service is really bad. She was just snarky and seem to be bewildered that I had called. Just really bad. I get everyone has a bad day but she shoved it in my face when she didnt find a package. So either they put the slip in the wrong mailbox or they lost a package. The thing is too I dont even know what was in the package. It was delivered supposedly the day before my husbands birthday, so it could have been a birthday present.

Horrible customer service. We have old fashion mail boxes in the neighborhood. Have called almost 10 times, in the last year about them not picking up my mail. Today, same thing. Had mail hanging out of it to be sent out... Doesnt grab it... yet puts our mail in there? Three months ago get a call from Comcast and the trash company asking where are payments are... Check the mail box and there they are. This place is lazy. Every time I call I get the same guy saying he will call the carrier... This issue needs to be resolved...not just brushed aside. Not impressed one bit.

It has been close to a week since I filled out the little slip for certified mail and have not gotten it. I was also home and the carrier didnt even bother checking or I would have had it. Service is done by volgons at the desk that dont sanitize after blowing their nose and then wiping with their nose with their hand with a nasty cold. Slow is an understatement for the service. How these people get away with treating others this way and keeping a job is beyond me.

Called to try and pick up a package that was being delivered to me today because I have a flight a 1pm and will more than likely miss the mail person, very rude lady that answered the phone cut me off as I was speaking and said "Im busy Im not looking for your package call back at 9:30 (now 8am) I said "Maam wouldnt it be out for delivery by then? Im trying to prevent that and pick it up at the store before my flight" she said "It might be" and hung up the phone

Inundate homeowners with junk mail, specifically ads, that arent part of any subscription to the point of filling mailboxes. When the mailbox is, in their opinion full, they remove the contents and hold it for less than a week at the GV PO. If not picked up within that week, they return all mail to sender or throw it away. Apartments that use smaller mailboxes within this service area have my sympathies due to the complete apathy of the mail carriers.

I came to use the post office around the time it opened. Only one person ahead of me in line and I probably waited about 2 minutes. If you dont have work in the morning or if youre free around the time the post office opens, I suggest you go there then. They open at 8:30am and I went there around 8:45am. If you take advantage of their non busy morning, youll get faster service. The woman who helped me was kind and friendly.

I was returning a package and they charged me shipping on something with prepaid shipping and then charged me First Priority Small Box rate on a First Priority envelope. I pointed out the rates on the wall and all the worker did was say, "Yeah, well THIS (the ring up) says its $6.80." No effort to correct the problem. Theyre not a business, theyre Roman tax collectors!

By far the worst post office Ive ever been to. One lady working hard running the counter during peak lunch rush hour. Should have been at least two clerks, but instead a couple people walked up to the front to see the long line, grabbed something, and retreated to the back. Horrible management, but good service from the one clerk that was working, I feel bad for her.

This place is awful. Every time I have been here to mail something the line is insanely long and the staff is very rude. Slow service and they wont even print out a shipping label for you, but every other post office will. Unfortunately I work in Golden Valley and this place is one of the only post offices open till 5:30. If you want great customer, dont come here!

I always pay more for my packages of same size and weight when I come to this post office. Not sure why, but its always more expensive. The workers are always rude and will try to bend you letters and envelopes, which might damage or break your parcels. I highly recommend any of the other post offices in the surrounding cities over this location.
