I asked for a trim... And told her that I only want a TRIM not this 2-3 inches people try to do when you ask for a trim. She asked if i wanted my layers trimmed as well, I said yes. She proceeded to just keep grabbing patches of hair and talking talking talking the whole time... She did not part my hair or even measure the sides. Yhe end result is that my hair is still about to the middle of my back in the back... And shoulder length in the front. Longer on one side than the other, and its shorter at about where my ears are than it is on the front. It looks like a complete hack job... Cut straight (well sort of straight) across at my shoulder and then right to long in the back. Its not even tapered or anything. Im so disgusted and not to mention embarrassed because if i wear my hair all down it looks ridiculous. I know the only way to fix it would be to cut it all even with the shortest piece which would put it above my shoulders! Im pissed!

This place offers hair cuts for children and adults for a moderate price. Service here is great, but they get busy sometimes with wait times around 15-20 minutes, which is why I rated 4 stars. Its recommended to use the Great Clips app and check wait times and check-in in advance to avoid a long wait time.
