Terrible terrible terrible I knew I shouldnt have gone here, but being I had a coupon I went anyways. I had a picture of the haircut I wanted and told the lady I wanted shortest layer below my cheek bones and longest layer 1" shorter than what I had. Pretty much a trim with some layers adding, I left salon 5 inches shorter and hair hanging in my eyes, seriously. Terrible haircut and very quickly and uncaringly done, hair cut start to finish took 7 minutes, she didnt even use a scissors, only a razor thing. Very upsetting, never ever will go back. Got nothing I asked for!

I tried to explain the haircut to the woman working there. A very simple cut, sides shaved and 2 inches off the top. She didnt understand so she gave me a book to pick it out. When I couldnt find the style I showed her a picture on my phone. Then she was trying to tell me itll look like a bowl cut, I tried explaining to the point I got so frustrated I had to walk out. Never going again.

Horrible! Went in and got my cut, lady did a lazy cut. Didnt take her time. Then later tried to fix it ended up looking the same. Will never go back not consider to anyone ever! Horrible. I always tip good, this is the first time Ive never tipped. Just horrible. Just waiting for my hair to grow back now to go get a cut somewhere else. Smh

Really bad. Lady seemed rush even though it was 3pm on a Thursday with no other customers before or after me. When I asked her to shave closer to the long section of my hair not only did she cut off a lock of my long hair but she shaved with the wrong attachment and now it looks like I just had brain surgery.

I had one gal that ripped my ponytail holder out dug her nails into my head and said " WHATS THIS ?? !!!" I told her hair spray. She threw a combination @ me and said comb it out !! I got up and left. I tried again. They said that all had mover to the Maple Grove shop. Thank god. The next time was good

I wouldnt recommend getting a haircut from linette, had specific instructions , been here many times and havent had any problems... next thing I know my hair is butchered, guessed with a comb and scissors vs using her hand to get everything right, I may come back but will never let her cut my hair again

Horrible! Ive never had such an awful haircut. She totally didnt listen to what I wanted, chopped horrible bangs that werent even cut correctly. Ive never been so disappointed and upset about a haircut. I was warned that great clips sucks, but I thought I would give it a chance. Mistake. Never again.

Just got my summer flat top cut done by Radhika. It came out great!...which unfortunately doesnt always happen with any stylist. I took her name down and will be using her exclusively because not everyone can or wants to do a flat top.

Nice ladies. Hardly ever a wait. My sons hair can be a bit tricky being a sissor cut only due to chemo and radiation. And theres never been a complaint or bad hair cut.
