I have been going to this Great Clips for many years. I will no longer go there. It is no longer first come first service. I went there during the week and there was only one person sitting in the waiting room but I had many people ahead of me that scheduled online. One after the other that arrived after me went ahead of me. After a long wait I just left and will never return.

It was about 45 min before close and I have never been treated so nice, by any stylist at any other great clips and Ive been to many. Aubrey @ Champlin Location is AWSOME and I got such a phenomenal haircut from Aubrey I will gladly drive past 4-5 great clips to come back! Thank you so much Aubrey. Best haircut ever

Stylists have always been pretty friendly and I can usually get in within 20ish minutes by just walking in. Unfortunately, the last couple of times I had gone to this location the hair cut I received was not symmetrical and I had to go back to have them correct it. Decided Im just not going anymore.

Horrible hair stylist (Asian women that works there) was not polite would jerk my head all around without asking me to lean myself. I get home and find out my hair looks like someone gave me a bowl cut. Will not be returning to this great clips

3 stars for friendly staff. Unfortunately, only scheduling 2 employees hurts business! Potential customers walk in, potential customers walk out! 45 minute wait the last couple times I needed a trim.

There are some times that waiting is necessary but I dont mind to get a good cut at a great price. They also price match competitors coupons.
