Went there today no appt waited half hr two employees one checked me in got attitude because would not give her my phone# asked for book with pictures of styles gave me book hardly any styles the lady who cut my hair said she mgr both employees dressed under what I consider casual both had hair thrown in pony tail hair cut horrible ( never told her I was a professional cosmetologist for 40 yrs) she kept saying your hair was not or could not be cut as I wanted. Asked specifically for razor cut and said she said thin scissors same clearly not! unhappy never washed hair before cut hair everywhere in my clothes horrible experience! Did not care about client

Horrible! My husband and son both got hair cuts by two different "stylists" and well, highly disappointed! My sons hair is so uneven in the front and also his lining all the way around, she had no idea what she was doing. My husbands hair has alot of long hairs she didnt cut. Totally could have done a better job. Had to fix what they couldnt do anyways. Usually do their hair cuts myself and this is why. Only got it done "professionally" because my sons birthday is this weekend. Thanks for nothing. Will NEVER go back!!

Not going back. I had to get a quick haircut for a funeral this past weekend. The gal that cut my hair was paying more attention to who was outside, than on my hair. Although very nice, she was constantly looking out the window as she was working. When I got home my wife let me know that the cut was very uneven and I had to go get it fixed. I have had good experience at this place with other employees, but this one made it bad enough that I wont take a gamble on who is/is not working at the time I go in.

I didnt use your check-in service to sit and wait 13 minutes. I needed a quick haircut at lunch and you guys couldnt even accomplish that. Very disappointing and inconvenient, time to cut ties. Dont promote a service you cant hold standards to.

If you go to this place for a haircut dont have the lady orange hair cut your hair. Very ghetto lady and she didnt even cut my sideburns. I was so pissed off at the poor job she did, I will never go back.
