This was my sons first haircut experience. Although he was not being very cooperative and was close to nap time, the stylist was being very patient and understanding. (I do not have the receipt as I was not given one). The sytlist had two hummingbird tattoos on her chest. She was very patient and understanding. We were about 3/4 way done with his haircut, when the stylist wanted to trim around his ears and finish the top. When she left her station to get something she came back and told me that her manager has asked me and my son to leave now. What!@!? I was okay we are being asked to leave. She said yes. Note - we did NOT get a finished hair cut!!! So I put my son in his stroller went to the front desk where a lady with blue hair that I am assuming was the manager made sure I paid for the services and left immediately. As soon as I crossed the threshold this same lady was like "whew" and starting laughing. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I will NEVER support this salon for any future needs and will share this experience with my friends and family. I did however paid the fee and gave the stylist 103% tip. Yes I tipped the stylist more than the fee as she deserved it. If I am being asked to leave without a finished haircut I should not have been asked to pay the bill too! I left (remembering with the blue haired (which was very unprofessional looking especially for a stylist) and went directly to another salon to finish my sons haircut. I ended up going to Mastercuts where they had a similar experience with my son but was able to keep him calm by their actions and nature and was very understanding. They gave him a sucker and all was good from there. They did a GREAT job. I wish I could remember the stylist name. It was a gentleman and had a great persona. He will get future business and when I need products I will go to him! I told them the story and they were shocked. They told me that kids cry and throw tantrums all the time. It is how it is handled. If Regis does not want to handle kids they should say so and refuse to take appointments/walk ins/ or advertise not a kid friendly location. Mastercuts agreed my sons haircut was not finished and looked terrible. They could not believe they 1) Regis asked us to leave and 2) made us pay for an unfinished haircut. The stylists told me that they were owned by the same company. If this is the case they should get the money I paid for the haircut to Regis and give to Mastercuts. The more I tell this story to the more outraged my friends and family get over this. I believe your manager at this location could have handled the situation much more professional. Options could have included asking us to take a walk to calm my son down and come back to finish, ask us in private to leave and do not make us pay for the services, do not laugh at us while we are leaving, give children a sucker. I fear that this experience will make a mark on my son as this was his first cut . Well at least we can say for his first haircut he was kicked out and the salon did a poor job.

Worst experience I have ever had at a professional salon! I use to go to Regis all the time and could trust that all their stylists would do a good job. After my experience with them recently, I will never return and never recommend to anyone! I showed the stylist 4 detailed pictures of a long bob without layers - I ended up with hair that looked like a Raggedy Ann doll. She didnt use a brush to blowdry, burned my scalp during the blowdry, and no straightening after I had asked her to straighten it. I asked her to make the back shorter so she dry-cut and made it slightly better... I told management about my experience and she asked if I wanted someone else to try working on it - but its already too short so I turned that down. Im sure they have some skilled workers but you should know who they are before scheduling. I will be waiting for it to grow out a bit before going to get it fixed. Looks like a couple months of ponytails for me. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for haircare!!!

If I could select 0 I would. My sister and I went in got appointments for a few hours later and everyone was friendly and had awesome colored hair so we were really excited. When we got there, they separated us and I waited 45 minutes before we even began to color my hair. I wanted plum with blonde highlights which turned into them not having that color available. We colored my hair a solid burgundy color on top of my very dark hair, I knew it wouldnt show much and now my hair looks exactly the way it did when I went in just purpler roots. I also have chemical burns on my face from the lady leaving dye on my face for over an hour. My sister was also told they couldnt do what she wanted. She ended up with full highlights. Her hair turned out way better than mine and I wouldnt waste my money going there again to have it colored.

Ive had my hair cut and colored by several of the stylists here, and I have never been disappointed with the results. They always manage to do something that looks even better than I imagined. Having seen several stylists, I know I can trust anyone in the salon to do a good job - as opposed to other places that might have some good people but you have to know who to avoid. Color can get pricy but cuts are very reasonable in my opinion. If youre boring and get the same hairstyle trimmed up every 6-8 weeks you can save $5-10 by going elsewhere (anyone can do a trim) but if you frequently change your style and trust the stylist to make you look great, its well worth it to go here.

I called ahead of time to ask for pricing and was quoted $70... when I left, I was charged $170! I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted (balayage) and my hair looks nothing like the picture. I pointed it out to her and she told me it would be an extra $20 to get the hair darker since she went so light with it... which is crazy because I never wanted it this light in the first place! She rang it in as an ombré, which again, isnt what I wanted. Im so embarrassed to be seen with my hair the way it is and now I have to go get it fixed somewhere else and spend even more money! Ill never be back, and Ill never recommend my friends & family to this salon.

Made a phone call appointments at 5pm they told me to get there at 6:30pm I get there to realize they had given my appointment to someone else. Very unprofessional they wanted me to come back at 7:30pm which Ive been waiting since 5pm. They made it seem like I had called another salon and made an appointment so they told me to go to the another salon at the mall. So we walked to the other one so they can tell me I did not book an appointment with them. Thank God my phone saves the records and shows that I called them at 5 oclock to book the appointment. And they still wanted me to wait till 7:30pm smh I will never come here again "a waste of time
