I called the salon and made an appointment with Stylist Ashley. It took about 6 hours to get my hair done. Throughout the process I was poked with the needle several times. Ashley had no idea how to install the full lace closure. I was never informed before the appointment that I would be her first client to allow her to do a front lace closure. After two days of the closure started to retract and came completely off the top of my head by the third day. I called the shop and made an appointment to have my hair fixed. The stylist was late to meet me at the shop. She randomly cut the hair from the braid until she had access to the lace front. The process to fix my hair took a total of 4 hours and when I checked my hair everything seemed fine until I went home to wrap my hair. There was loose wefts everywhere and found that she had cut wholes in a brand new front lace closure. I called the shop and spoke to the owner Duan. He was rude and told me they do not give refunds but will take my hair out for free and offered for another stylist to do my hair. I explained to him that after two tries you do not get a third. He was rude and blamed myself for the untalented stylist, and asked why didnt I do something sooner. By the end of the conversation I got nowhere. Please save your money and time and find another salon. This place is not worth your extra time nor money.

Have you ever gone to get your hair done at walked out of a salon and felt embarrassed about the way you looked? Probably not- usually you feel real good! Not my experience here I was made a complete joke as my stylist did not fully grasp my vision on what I wanted to do to my hair after stating she knew what I wanted and i trusted to oblige. Not to mention my request was evident when the appointment was scheduled. Regardless of the matter they convinced me that it was a miscommunication I requested the wrong thing I didnt understand had no remorse and still took my money. Now even if I did as they say didnt ask for it correctly their job is to make sure they understand correctly and even beyond that regardless of what style i so choose when getting a sew in my tracks should not be visible and they are. The only empathy I got was well I can come back and pay more at a discounted price for what I really wanted but because its what "I wanted" I had to pay for my services. As they continued to chuck it up knowing there was an error to be corrected by having the manager address me and stated well its been a long day and theyve been busy and tired like thats my fault too. Never have I been in a place of customer service and felt completely bullied into walking out ripped off and feeling hideous.

I got there at 10:30 and the stylist wasnt there. They lady at the front desk called to see where she was at. She said she was running late and would be there in 15 minutes. I waited until 11:10 before leaving. She wasnt there. SMH

Theres a new stylist named Aaliyah she is beautiful funny most of all and she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Sometimes its not about whats on the outside its whats on the inside and I must say she is amazing
