The old saying is true. If youre looking for a flawless cut with the style of a movie-star, youre probably not going to get it for 12-bucks. But I will say this: every time Ive gone in there, the customer service is FANTASTIC. Im always treated well - which is why Ive been going there for 7+ years. While the customer service is great, I would give the cuts a 75% approval rating: 25% of the time it looks mediocre and the other 75% is good. PLEASE NOTE: Im starting to lose my hair... I hope theyre experience with the comb-over.

Worst haircut in my life. I asked for a bob haircut in where the left side would be a little longer than the right side, but I got a big disappointment. I tried telling the hairstylist what I wanted, but she didnt understand. It was also a haircut that she had never seen or cut before, so I didnt express my BIG disappointment. After leaving Great Clips, I went to another salon right away so that they could fix the horrific cut that I had.

Horrible service, and even worse haircut. Hairstylist was extremely distracted and kept leaving me mid hair cut to deal with other costumers. Every time I told her what I wanted she brushed me off. She cut off more hair than I asked for, my layers are uneven, and my bangs are just a mess, extremely short and are uneven as well. Eager to find another salon to take my business to.

I have two stylists that I prefer there, both cut my hair reasonably and I am a fussy guy. I have never had a perfect cut anywhere so I allow a little forgiveness anywhere I get my hair cut. A reasonable cut at a reasonable price.

Sooooo I asked for this... And got this... Not even close. Its also longer on one side, but she argued that I was wrong. She didnt even really measure as she cut. She just kinda cut where ever.

Was able to get in quickly without an appointment. Loved the woman who cut my hair and wish I could remember her name. Staff was friendly and did a great job on both my hair and my boyfriends.

Two barbers on..care more about chatting everyone up and having everyone else wait 30 minutes. Wouldnt be a bad wait if they didnt say oh 10-15. Sub par
