Disappointing. Had a a quote done but we ended up delaying the project due to outside issues. Called back several months later to start the project. Spoke with the rep who did the quote and told him I wanted to schedule the work. His response was "Can I call you right back?". Two days later no call back. I called again and left a message. Its been two weeks and they havent even bothered to call back. This was for $8700 or so in quoted work. We had decided on these guys and were ready to set up dates to complete work. I guess they didnt want our business. Well, that was enough for us. We have since restarted the quoting process and will be using another provider.

Went to Bruce Nelson to buy ABS fittings I ended getting looked at like I was an idiot. Not only that but got way overcharged for them for two fittings! Was told couldnt browse for abs fittings and they quit selling retail because of hwy 61 being a freeway. Well sorry Ill take my business to a more better friendlier plumbing supplier. Never coming back or even use Bruce Nelson. Rude treatment all around.

We have had multiple plumbers come to do "work" but it wasnt until John from Bruce Nelsons came that we finally had our issues resolved. He even noticed other water issues without me bringing them to his attention. That rarely happens in the service world these days!! He did great work and we definitely will be using their company again.

Disappointing. Severe delays, unhelpful receptionist. The plumber who eventually showed up, 22-hours late for his scheduled appointment, failed to fix the issue for which he was called. He was very nice and polite while attempting the job, but after resigning left part of the drain he had needlessly disassembled for me to repair. WTF?

update to my last review - I contacted the manager, Mike Rohrer, and he did issue me a refund of $52 after I complained about them charging me $156. So as it stands, their advice but no work performed cost me $104 so I changed the stars from 1 (hated it) to 2 (disliked it).
