Time Management: Poor They showed up late. Some days they did not show up at all. They set us back on our schedule by over a week. Communication: Below average Off-site they did not call to let me know what was happening. I had to call multiple times to see if they were coming out. On-site they explained the process and work to be done. They either did not listen to job requirements or forgot key aspects. Quality: Below average A new drain pipe that was installed was taken too low so that it didnt clear the ceiling of our renovated kitchen. As a result, we needed to frame and drywall a box to cover the mistake. During the removal of a cast iron drain pipe, it is my belief that they cracked a cast-iron fitting, which should have been removed. After tiling the newly renovated bathroom and installing the fixtures, we discovered water leaking into our newly renovated kitchen. Im sure Salter Plumbing will disagree with me as to who is responsible for that cracked fitting. I did have other plumbers install the toilet, sink, and bathtub in our bathroom, because I no longer wanted to work with Salter. Customer Service: Average There were times they were quite responsive and other times they were not.

I had gas leak problem that a different plumber in Conway estimated would cost an extra $3,000-$6,000 to fix. This was after $400 in repairs trying to find the source of the leak. They wanted to replace all our gas lines. I decided I wanted a second opinion and a friend suggested Salter. TJ and Sam came out, figured out exactly what was wrong and made an alternative fix that cost only $450. Call Salter first!

Horrible professionalism. Tried to charge me for services I didnt receive and when I called to question the bill the lady answering the phone hung up on me twice.
