Since moving to Little Rock a little less than one year ago Ive needed a plumber three times. The first two times were not good. We had poor service and poor results. This time I went with a co-workers recommendation for Ray Lusk. I will never use anyone other than Ray Lusk as long I live here. We needed faucets hooked up in two sinks, a garbage disposal hooked up, and some shut-off valves repaired. They arrived on time, communicated well, did an excellent job, and were very professional. More importantly, they were great with my four-year old son. My son is incredibly curious about anything mechanical. Our plumber, Zack, included my son in everything he did. For three hours the two of them worked on the problems "together." He let me son hold the flashlight, play with his tools, fix things with plumbers putty, and just "help." Zack explained to my son everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Im sure it was obnoxious to have a four-year old under the sink with you, asking questions, and "helping," but Zack not only tolerated it, he actively engaged my son. Ray Lusk has won any future business from me, and Ill be asking for Zack.

NO STARS! Run the other way, you will be ripped off! We lost $1500 from Ray Lusk Plumbing over supposed repairs to our hot water heater during heavy rains off/on over the past 3 mths. When we asked how to avoid the expensive problem from re-occuring, they had little to offer BUT did not want to honor their OWN warranty after the problem they "fixed" unsurprisingly reoccured. Then we were told to put in a sump pump, which we did. Did not honor their warranty after that. We could have saved ourselves THOUSANDS we now have to spend on a tankless system (with a different plumber)- if we were given intelligent and honest information on the FIRST service call with them. We are letting our family and friends know NOT to call Ray Lusk Plumbing.

If you are a woman, this is the plumbing company for you. I had a leak for at least 10 months. I had five plumbers, American Leak Detector and the water company to come check for the leak. They all said it was in the slab, all said it was in a different place. I kept asking for a price to put a shut off valve outside. No one would do it, telling me the leak is in the slab. Then I called Ray Lusk, they found the leak outside in under 15 minutes. It was repaired in less than two hours and the leak was not inside my house. This company is about business and will not give you the run around.

I would definitely recommend Ray Lusk Plumbing. It was a bit more than I expected to pay for a new water heater, but Dave and his apprentice were very professional and took great care. They had everything demod out and the new heater replaced within 3 hours. Even for the price I feel it was worth it given the quality of the installation. Big kudos to your guys.

Showed up on time and was clean, nice, personable, and professional. He replaced a gasket in the toilet tank and cleaned the hair out of two bathtub drains. The work took 10-15 min tops. I love what he did and the manner with which he did it, but the bill was $96! Next time, I think Ill YouTube solutions to these small jobs.
