As if my week wasnt bad enough (car accident, death of a family pet, etc), Friday I noticed the toilets werent flushing properly. I tried homeade solutions of boiling water and salt and plunging. I thought the problem ameliorated over the weekend until I returned with the kids from a Travs game. The showers and toilets were overflowing with an unsightly mess. I tried once more with homeade remedies found online, bought draino, put an auger down the drains, and watched several Youtube videos of so-called plumbers. i was dreading spending the money, but Monday morning I had to call in reinforcement. Mike Brown, our plumber from Roto-Rooter, arrived within an hour of me calling and promptly gave me an estimate (which was reasonable and almost exactly what I was charged for once!). He answered all my questions and did more than required, staying three hours to show me the cleared drains, the clean out valve (which was hidden in the garden apparently), and clean! Roto-Rooter is a great plumbing service in Little Rock, AR if youre looking for friendly and clean plumbers and efficient, reliable, guarantee ensured service.

After submitting an online request Roto Rooter called me the following day and confirmed an appointment for a plumber to fix my outdoor faucets. The gentleman showed up within the time given and looked over both faucets as well as crawled under the house where I havent even dared to go. He laid out my options, described what he would need to do, and then we set a time for the following weekend. Roto Rooter called me 30 minutes ahead of schedule to let me know the plumber was on his way...an hour and a half later when he had not arrived I called back and was told he had stopped to pick up supplies. Within the next 20 minutes he arrived and began working on the faucet. An hour later he rang my doorbell and had me inspect both faucets which were in working order. Coy, as well as the phone operators, were friendly and professional throughout. I will do business with them again if a need arises.

Ive Always used ROTO ROOTER for many years,for my personal use and rental properties.I can always depend on them for day or night, being prompt,cordial and getting the job done in a timely manner. Recently I had to call the office and Shawna who answers the calls and always very personable takes care of the situation. She had a man on the job within the hour, Coy who explained in detail what he had to do along with the cost. A unexpected SEWER backup ran into more problems and he decided to call the boss out. I believe his name was Steve (hope I got that right) anyway he came and began working right away using his several years of technics.....Finally between the two of them my SEWER line was draining. I just want to THANK both these gentlemen for their hard work and hope they get some kind of recognition for it. SUPER NICE GUYS. THANK YOU ROTO ROOTER

Five Stars!!!!!!! We have been having problems for about a month. We had tried to get some one here local, but most of the plummers in Pine Bluff only do commercial work or if they do come they dont finish the job. We decided to try Roto-Rooter out of Little Rock. They came the same day I called. Marcus, our plummer was great. He was unable to finish the job before it got dark and came back the next day to finish the job. He was knowlegable, curtious, friendly, and told me the cost upfront and the great surprise of all was a six month guarentee. I will use Roto-Rooter again.

John from Roto-Rooter is an excellent technician (ID: 2961) I would recommend him hands down. He used his time efficiently and effective and was able to explain the issues we were having and make us feel comfortable with his abilities to get the job done well. When he was finished he cleaned up and left our house as if he was never there. In addition and most importantly our drains all around the house are functioning better than ever and our dishwasher is back to being quiet again. We are absolutely thrilled with his customer service!

My experience with Rodney the plumber and Roto Rooter North Little Rock was a true blessing. Being a senior and female is difficult in making major decisions on home repair needs. The clerical staff called promptly when scheduling the service appt. Rodney, the plumber at Roto-Rooter North Little Rock, was calming, professional, and any worry I had was eased with his attentiveness and knowledge. What could have been a financial burden was a relief as the plumber and Roto-Rooter North Little Rock worked with me on cleaning the mainline.

The technicians name is Mike and he was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He went up on the roof and snaked the vent pipe to clear the drain on the laundry room and did a fine job. He had to replicate the leak in order to diagnose and of course nasty grimy buildup went all over the floor but Mike was prepared. He took his carpet cleaning solution out and cleaned everything as if there was never a stain from the flooded drain. I would recommend asking for Mike when calling ROTO Rooter of Little Rock, AR.

I had a bad experience with arrow plumbing who I highly do not recommend. I called roto rooter and they had a tech out to my home fast. Jon went above and beyond for my family. He was highly experienced and had my drains flowing again. The price was exactly what I had in mind. I will never use anyone but roto rooter for plumbing issues from now on. I just couldnt be happier with the service I received. Will be calling them back to install a clean out soon.

Roto-Rooter provided an excellent service. Gave me a fair estimate of the work to be provided. Was very prompt. Wasted no time. Was very clear about what needed to be done. Coy Scott #625 was my service man. I couldn’t have been happier. From the time I called to make an appointment until the time the work was finished I was nothing but satisfied. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter. I would not hesitate to use them for any of my future plumbing needs.

Roto Rooter was very prompt and professional throughout my entire experience. I woke up to a Water Heater that was leaking very badly. I called Roto Rooter at 8:00 AM and they had a plumber out within an Hour. He promptly fixed my problem (replaced the water heater) and talked me through everything he was doing to include Warranty coverages. Ill be using them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing a plumber.

Said it would be a free estimate in the phone. The guy dug a three foot hole (by his choice) and charged us $80. Would not recommend them at all! he didnt even fix the problem. Them told us it would be a $2500 estamate. Even though we knew where the leak was. He said he would want to replace ALL pipes. We called precision plumbing and they came out and fixed it for 20$
