Called to inquire about two toilets I needed replacement parts installed. I tried to get a price but they will not give you a quote. I asked also to have them install a new garbage disposal? I had the new parts for the two toilets, but since i couldnt get a quote, I had a friend install both of them on Sunday. He said now lets install your Garbage Disposal? No, I said I am already obligated to Arrow for a $40.00 service charge to come out. All they need to do is install a Gargage Disposal, cant be more than 30 minutes work. So, today the tecnician shows up and calls me on the phone, because I had to be somewhere else. He says the installation will be $239.00, including the $40.00 charge to come out. I nearly chocked! I said, what is your hourly rate? He said it is there standard charge to install a Gargabe disposal. I bought a very good 1/2 HP Disposal from Home Depot for $99.00. I said, you wouldnt quote me over the phone, but only on site? You could have saved your time and mine by just telling me your standard charge for Garbage Disposal is $199.00. Now I have to pay you $40.00 to GO AWAY. What a rip off. Stay away from anyone who will not give you some kind of qoute, even if it can change due to the condition on site. So dissapointed in this company. I tried to give a Zero but you cant.

Wish i could go 2.5 The service i expirenced was VERY proffesional and VERY good. I had a sink and washer backing up whenever i would run clothes in the washer. They used a presure washer hooked up to a hose that was then fed through the plumbing of the house. This cost was $500.00 which had to be aggreed to before even attempting the fix. If it did not work i would have still been out the $500.00. This price seams INSANE to me even now several weeks later. I did pay though because i had no other options at the time. The snaking with the pressure washer hose machine has worked so far. Several weeks later im having no issues with the washer or sink. This being said i can not rate higher due to the $500.00 price tag. I am having them come out again this coming friday to do a simple repair on my shower. The valve/seeding behind the hot water knob has broken i think and i am not getting hot water when turning the knob. I will update this with how and goes and cost.

I need a leak repaired and after paying for leak detection he gave me a "proposed" location. Estimated one price of $1400 and then looked at the estimate and said it was wrong; then increased price to $1900. I asked for an itemized price but technician said he could not give it to me. He sat in the truck for a minute adding the cost but could not give me his calculations. Stated that I could save $569 if he did not have to go through the bathroom to get to the leak. This is a gimmick to charge more money. I called someone else, told him of his proposed location in which it was in the area and the plumber fixed the pipe; only charged $475.00; took about 2 1/2 hours and was done. he also installed a covering over the hole until I can get the remodeling done. I was warned about this company overcharging and dishonest practices by a former employee. Do not use them unless you want to ripped off!!

If I could leave a minus 5 stars I would. We called arrow bs we had a clogged line and our bathroom was over flowing. There was a $171 dollar initial fee. The plumber showed up at 8am as scheduled. He tried to use a rotar rooter to clear the line. There was a right degree turn right below our bathtub and he was unable to clear it. He then made up a story on how we needed to replace some lines and in order to clear it and fix it, he wanted $1600 dollars. He was there only 20 minutes. The plumber left our tub full of dirt and water. My son and I, with very little plumbing experience, diagnosed where the clog was located. Unhooked the pipe that lead to it and ran a water hose where the clog was and turned it on. The line cleared problem solve. Im very disappointed with this company because we had a need, they were not qualified to unclog a drain, and they just took our money.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I called the service and explained my issue in great detail including the size of line and the fact it needed to be dug up to be fixed. The guy shows up in dress pants and a white shirt with no supplies with him. The started complaining as soon as he got out of his truck, asked for the $125 show up fee and then complained more as I showed him the issue. Started the cost at $750 at a minimum for replacing a PVC section no longer that 2 feet. First of all he wanted to put some brass fittings on my PVC, but he didnt have the right size. He stated PVC fittings wouldnt work at all. Then he tried to get me to use PVC to fix the pipe. I told him to take his $125 scam money and get off my property. Complete waste of time!!!!!!

Very poor workmanship, skill level and completly misleading information provided by this companies employees. My initial problem was a clogged kitchen sink. After an hour or so he plumber was unable to pass the snake past the first bend in the line and told me that the entire line had to be replaced. He even went under the home and noted that the entire house should be redone. the initial cost for the visit was $171. The estimate for the sink repair, alone, was $1500. After using a different company the repair was completed for $400. The sink and pipes were fine, but the line under the house was completely blocked. As for the remainder of the system, I was told that it should last for many more years. I ,really, DO NOT recommend this Company

The absolute worst expirence ever. They totally just stole my money. They told me all I needed was my pipes cleaned out. Paid a little over $1200 and guess what?? It wasnt fixed. Then they said well you need it replaced. Why not tell me before all that money spent. I have videos and pictures of my old pipes being taken out that had been "cleaned" by arrow. I wouldnt recommend then to anyone. They will use and abuse there power. And dont even try talking to higher management. He just basically told me I was dumb. And how they say you dont pay if your not satisfied. NOT TRUE

Extremely expensive service. My house sewage line had a rooting problem and I called them to send a snake in to get it clean. They were working for less than an hour and I was billed 400+ dollars. I have had to do about three or four times before ( usually once a year ). Never has it cost me more than 200 dollars. ( on an average 150 dollars ). When I called them about the charges I was told, "We dont charge by the hour, we charge by the job" I am never going to use this service ever again.
