Had odd feeling so called Home Warranty company (another company)to have someone come out because the vent connected to the water heater was out of wall. They took 20 seconds to tell me I needed a plumber and carbon monoxide blowing, called it in, charged me, and left--WITHOUT TELLING ME TO TURN OFF THE WATER HEATER! I had to reach out and find Russell &LeMay. They had me text picture-told me to immediately turn off water heater, and how, and within an hour of call although they were swamped, an amazing, experienced, knowledgeable, and kind technician was at my house. He told me what needed to be done and did it. They were swamped but thought enough of me and my issue and ultimately my family, to get someone out immediately. I am thankful and highly recommend this company.

Very professional and friendly. Russell and LeMay came out this week and installed a new faucet in my kitchen. I was telling them Ive had low water pressure for five years and they identified the problem and fixed it all in the same day. Quality service, thank you.
