In 2014, I called Hugo Plumbing to come and unclog my drain -- which theyd done several times previously. He and 2 of his helpers came and did the unclog in less than an hour. He gouged me $300 dollars for labor. He said hed get back to me and give me an estimate for sewer work since it keeps clogging. I called Hugo Plumbing several times; his wife said that shed given him the information Id called about. He NEVER got back to me and continued to ignore my concern Ive given up on him completely and had a service from North Branch come and do the work, digging under my cement driveway and did a great job and I wasnt even home at the time. . I thought Tom was a good person who would help me; but thats not so. Ive finally decided to give a rating to Hugo Plumbing, and its not good. They dont even deserve ONE star, but one cant post this without giving a star ranking. Thanks for nothing, Hugo Plumbing.
