I have never used a moving company before and was nervous about the whole process based on some horror stories I have heard from different people. After reading some reviews online about College Muscle Movers and speaking to a friend in the moving business I felt comfortable enough to try CMM to see how it goes. The initial move out from my old apartment went very well, but to my surprise my new apartment wasnt ready and I had to see about having my stuff stored in the moving truck overnight and re-delivered the next day. With it being the holiday weekend and the last weekend of the month, CMM was booked solid. Sherlock and Alex volunteered to unload my stuff after hours! Customer service is so important these days and the guys really went above and beyond! The whole move went so very well and I have nothing but good things to say! Sherlock and Alex did such a GREAT job! They were both very professional and friendly! I would highly recommend CMM and will definitely use them in the future!

Great in an emergency, super communicative, and knowledgeable. We called these guys when All my Sons movers crapped out on us. College Muscle Movers should up on a Monday afternoon with 2 hours notice. They were able to move our whole 2 bedroom house with 2 guys. They were super polite. The lead mover was very communicative and clearly had a lot of experience moving. They were more expensive than we wanted - but we called as an emergency move so their pricing was in line with the amount of notice I gave them. One of our antique plates broke in the move but the lead mover pointed it out right away and apologized. Very professional - these things happen in a move. I would recommend College muscle movers to anyone moving in St. Paul/Minneapolis area.

After having a bad experience with Matts Moving (damaged furniture, making us pay for an additional mover so they could get to their next job more quickly, extra charges, throwing our stuff out the window of 2nd story apt), we have used College Muscle Movers for our past 2 moves and have been very happy. The only reason I can see why Matts Moving has a higher rating is because they called me to intimidate me after I left a negative review. College Muscle Movers used padding and wrapping to protect furniture, gave us accurate quotes, and were friendly and considerate. They made moving a pleasant experience, which is not easy!

The two boys they sent over were very respectful and polite. However, that is where the pros end and the cons begin. I was sweating bullets the entire time they were moving my furniture! I was sure they were going to break something, and their standard contract will not cover the full cost of anything they break. I got the feeling that these kids were aware that the furniture was not theirs and it didnt matter much to them if they broke it or not. Their sole purpose was to get it from point A to point B. I highly recommend hiring a more experienced moving company. The higher price tag is most definitely worth it!

They showed up early! Moved my family (dealt very well with my 3 year old Daughter getting in the way), never complained, very polite, hard working 20 and 21 year old U of M football players. They got after it, got the job done and asked more than once if I wanted them to move anything around or if they could do anything else. I have worked as a storage manager for almost 10 years and hired CMM because I never heard one complaint and always found the movers to be kind and hard working watching them move others. Nut. Bomb

After wasting my time contacting this company, I would never recommend their services. It is absurd to demand (rudely) that I must submit a complete inventory of my belongings, especially after spending 30 minutes going over everything I have on the phone with their sales person. We are emptying out the house entirely. Youll know you have everything when it is empty! The reason I want to shell out $1500+ for movers is because I am extremely busy, and dont have time for this kind of needless thing. Too bad you lost the sale.

My experience was absolutely amazing. Jesus Soto and Matt B were miracle workers. Nobody enjoys the laborous part of moving but these guys had smiles on their faces were quick and efficient and courteous the whole way through. I strongly recommend this company for any move and will be using them for my future moves. They were able to get my big couch through this tiny doorway with ease. They are a very skilled bunch. No question about it College Muscle Movers is the only way to move. Thank you for all your hard work guys!

Just saw their truck 2 years after we moved into our house and were reminded what a phenomenal experience we had. Prompt, professional and very fast and efficient. We had them unload a rental truck that we packed and drove from out of state. It took us about 3 days to pack. We got here and it was 100 degrees and humid. With two movers joining me and my wife, we unloaded it in 1:45. They were very careful, but also so fast that they beat the time quoted and lowered the price accordingly! Who does that!? Highly recommended.

On time, hard working, didnt stand around. Very informative going over everything about your moves needs prior on the phone and once again on site when they initially arrive. Communicate throughout the move if on schedule or any issues. Was able to complete our move an hour more quickly. Dedicated to customer service, your time meaning money so no slacking on their part and very friendly & courteous. Will recommend to anyone! Thank you Guys. You were exceptional!

Tremendously impressed- from the business end, to physically moving. Every step of the process was efficient, fluid, timely, really top notch. Reasonably priced as well. Another rater mentioned professionalism- Id like to echo that. Incredibly professional. I would very highly recommend, and will also be calling them again for future moving needs! The actual crew moving was great. Customer service was extremely poor. I signed for the bill after the move, which was deceivingly low and then ended up with an additional $250 charge on my credit card that I was not made aware of. When contacting the company they admit to their mistake but would not refund the money. I would recommend a different moving company! (The crew was great- unfortunately the company was not).

They arrived early and were very friendly and I was impressed with how quickly they were able to get things moving - especially the really heavy stuff. I had such a wonderful experience having them move me. They were on time, courteous, professional, careful, and very effecient. I was so impressed when a small piece of the leg of my couch, under a skirt, came off and they told me about it. Honestly, I would have never known. That was such an incredibly honest thing to do. I would highly recommend them.
