I had a clogged floor drain over the Holiday weekend and called (at almost 10pm) to get information. They had one of their technicians call me back within 5 minuets. I was able to explain the problem, talk to the technician about pricing and possible things that could be causing the problem. After talking with the technician I decided to wait until Monday to have them come out. My appointment was at 10:30am and Chad called when he was on his way and arrived at 10:13am. He got to work right away and was very friendly and courteous. He was finished by 11.07am and the final bill was very reasonable. Im extremely pleased with the results and will highly recommend McDonoughs to anyone. Thank you so much!!!

I called McDonoughs because I discovered a pool of standing water around my basement floor drain. Concerned I might have an issue with my main line, I contacted McDonoughs and they were able to send someone (Chad) over that same day. Chad was great. He identified the problem as being a branch that feeds the main line and not the main line itself, and he had everything cleared out and running smoothly in under an hour.
