First, Ive used and been very happy with Janecky in the past, but had a rather poor experience this past time, notably with the customer service rep in particular. I had scheduled some work today ten business days prior as their plumbers were booked. I went out of my way to explain the work to be done and was given a three hour window; inconvenient for me but the nature of the business. An hour and a half in, I called to inquire. I was told the plumber had left me messages on our home phone - mea culpa as I was outside working on other projects and not sitting by the phone ( it was really only one message that asked if I could call him with no pertinent information on timeline) The rep told me that they would, in fact, be 2.5 hours late. After some consideration, I said I would still have them do the work but wanted to share my disappointment, mainly because I dont believe this would be a job that took less than 30 minutes. The rep took the opportunity to assert that she was correct and my opinion was of no concern to her. I take that as a suggestion to find a different plumber.

Janecky Plumbing arrived right on time for a list of problems Ive been putting off addressing for some time. I was sure theyd be here all day! In short, every problem was systematically addressed and explained in simple, direct terms. There is no doubt in my mind that I was dealt with honestly with concern for my best interest at heart. Two toilets, two showers, and a washing machine were all back in working order in under two hours (including the need to take time to go out for parts). I was fairly certain my water heater of 17 years was responsible for part of my problem; that was confirmed and that will be addressed next week. I have absolutely NO reservations in using Janecky for all my plumbing repair needs and will be recommending them whenever I hear of someone in need of their services.

My husband and I were in the middle of a bathroom remodel and were in desperate need of some sweating expertise. Called and was able to secure an appointment the same day. It was fantastic...they absolutely saved us from having to delay finishing our bathroom. Mark was so professional and did great work and answered our billion questions and was happy to answer them. We definitely have our go to plumber now! Try them!

Dont claim to know much about plumbing! Found Janecky on Google. Impressed with reviews and called. Returned my call quickly. Easy to schedule appointment. Tim arrived on time. Water heater installed efficiently. Quote and final bill the same. I would highly recommend Janecky for any plumbing needs and plan to use them again. What a professional group. Very impressive!

Efficient and professional. I highly recommend Janecky. In 2008 they resolved a plumbing problem within 20 minutes of being onsite - a problem another local plumber could not fix despite making 4 failed attempts. Just used Janecky again (Oct 2016) for a new water heater with install, another great customer service experience. Use them, you will be impressed!
