I had a sink that has leaked for the last 10 years. I have had 3 different handy men fix it because I always thought a plumber was too expensive. Well the sink ended up leaking thru the floor and my kitchen ceiling over time, not to mention numerous clogs. I finally decided to call a plumber and have the problem fixed once and for all. A friend recommended them, she said, "They arent cheap but they are very good." They were able to fit me in within three days of my calling. Chris came and was very easy to work with, he clearly laid out my options and what he considered the best choice was. He did the work efficiently and now my sink is no longer a jerry rigged mess but done right and I have full confidence that my problems are over. It wasnt cheap but I have the peace of mind that it was done right and it was cheaper than 3 handy men and a kitchen ceiling repair. He also advised me on how to keep my furnace in good working order without a lot of hooha. I appreciated his common sense approach. I will recommend them to all of my friends. I am very happy.

Chris and Dave, thank you! We are in the process of selling our house and needed trusted plumbers to help with various projects. You both worked hard for us: coordinating home visits, getting price quotes, finding the right materials, talking us through the projects and offering great suggestions. Best of all, Chris identified a safety issue with our dryer and took immediate steps to fix it (and didnt break the bank to do it). Chris, thanks for your work on the bathroom sink, toilet, installing the new kitchen sink faucet and removing old pipes hooked up to the washing machine and replacing them with new brass ones. Dave, thanks for setting everything up and sourcing the kitchen sink faucet, we love it, and Im sure our buyers will too. We feel great about selling the house with the work that Rascher has provided; you guys are the best. I will definitely recommend you to all our neighbors and friends.

Had Jason, the plumber, come to my rescue today. He saved one faucet which prevented more leaks and replaced another faucet which stopped constant running of the water. Excellent work, excellent customer service. Actually a pleasure for a plumbing experience! Will recommend to friends! Called Rascher again this week (three weeks after the first time) for another issue and had the same great service that I did before. Left a message at first and was called back right away by Dave Rascher. He was able to schedule an appointment the next day (this was a non-emergency issue). Again had Jason come to the house and he was friendly, efficient and knew his stuff. Complete satisfaction! Recommended Rascher to my friend who has plumbing needs.

I selected Rascher Plumbing & Heating to replace my water heater simply because of their strong reviews on Google, and I was glad I chose them! Dave, the manager, was professional and honest in the quote he provided me and consistent with the actual bill. The 2 gentlemen that came to my home were professional, respectful, and efficient. My situation was a semi-emergency (the water heater broke 2 days before Thanksgiving) and they came out the next day without charging anything extra for the speedy service. I highly recommend their business and would use them again without hesitancy!

These guys, particularly Mark and Joe, helped us get through frozen pipes this winter. We are first time home owners and had lived in our house for four months before the pipes froze while we were on vacation. They were wonderful. Having used Rascher Plumbing for some commercial work and having had great experiences, it was a no brainer to call them for personal plumbing needs. We had a leak from our outdoor spigot into our insulation. We called Rascher Plumbing to fix it. Mike came out and was professional and knowledgeable. I was dealing with a gas leak from a dryer and Xcel Energy had shut off the main. I didnt have anyone in mind to call but based on reviews called Rascher. They sent Jason and Jake out to repair the gas line in the laundry room. They showed up exactly when they said they would, were very polite and professional, and did the work quickly and at a reasonable price. Ill definitely call Rascher again in the future.

Everyone I was in contact with at Rascher was helpful and courteous. They were very quick to get me an estimate, which was very accurate. The work was done on time, and the plumber (Jason) was friendly. When a couple of unforeseen issues came up, which were explained fully with possible solutions laid out.
